I had a wonderful experience with Public Storage on September 2nd with the young lady that was on duty that day Saturday September 2nd. She was kind courteous very helpful and patient thank you for making my first experience a wonderful experience.

Lindette Young was very helpful, she when over everything with me and show me how to get around. I really enjoyed her working with me. This was my first time using a storage and it was an excellent experience.

I am a current renter at one of Pub Storage locations and I was looking for one closer to where am moving to and I stop at 1512 w Jarvis in Chicago and I can say the employee named There's help me out with my problems selecting the right storage and moving materials I needed and it was most helpful when saving, I truly recommending this store for your storage needs.

I went on line and saw an advertisement to reserve a storage on line. I personally went into the office at the (Churchman Road New Castle, DE) site the next day, I met Andrea and Sara who gave me a tour of the unit, had everything in the system setup for me, explained all fees up front and had all paperwork ready to go. I was so impressed by them being so professional and the ease it took.

My husband set it up originally and thought it was a little smelly but it was easy to set up since we live so far away. Everything was set up online easy payments and when we moved our daughter's stuff out it smelled great and easy check out. Nice friendly people

Cyndi was a very friendly and professional staff member. She got us into a storage unit quickly. The unit was clean and just the right size for my things.

Made an online reservation, spoke with Darly on the phone she was very pleasant. When arrived she knew who I was, she was very warmth and welcoming to me and my wife. She was patient with us and her smile was welcoming.

Skip had excellent customer service. He made sure that my needs were met for what I needed to store my goods. Skip was very thorough and friendly. Adrianne at the south 1st location in Austin Texas has great knowledge and customer service. She made me feel at ease that I was choosing correct size and location to store my stuff. Very pleased

Marla located at the ******* Jefferson ave Newport news va location, was the most kind and courteous person I have ever encountered through my entire experience with public storage. I do not rent a space at this location but that didn't stop her from correcting my billing issues. Marla is an asset to the public storage company. Thank you marla, you are very much appreciated.
