I rented a unit at PUBLIC STORAGE back on April, my rate at that time was $69 for a 5x5 but my rate is been increasing to $89. So I started looking around other storage companies for a better price. I found a Public Storage 3 mile from my apartment, a unit 5x5 ac / first month is $1 after that is $37 a month. I called customer service spoke to Denise about why was the rate so different, she said maybe it was no much units available. When I asked for a better rate she only can give me $2 off my monthly payment. I told her that it was better for me to move from that location to the one with the better rate, she immediately said that I will be "BAN" for 10 days to move to another location. I AM SHOCK THE WAY "PUBLIC STORAGE" CUSTOMER SERVICE DEAL WITH PEOPLE, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I'm paying $52 more a month. By the way the 2 locations are probably 3 miles apart.

Like she would do it with her own stuff, list of things and measurements and everything, informed me what I have to buy, what I have to do, how I have to do it. She and her 2 colleague spent with me at least an hour and a half. What an amazing team! I left HAPPY from that place, like I just bought a new house... They made my day for sure. She also pointed out to be careful not to go into the next month when I move out etc. She said if anything I plant to do just give her a call before, and she will tell me the most beneficial move for me to do! That's I call 5* customer service!

Went to the public storage in casselberry and Vi and the staff there where very help full and answered all my questions made the move in very easy and happy with the rate as well.
If you want to be stollen and deal with the worst customer service in the whole world... try *******@PublicStorage. They will charge you a full whole month even if you move in the middle of the month. The units are full of roaches and humidity. First and last time.
My payments was supposed to be 2nd every month and I moved out on 09/01 and they charged me a FULL MONTH because their "policies" said I had to move out 08/31 and they don't care when you move in if was in the middle on the month you will have to pay a full month and move out before the month ends. CRAP!
