I went to get a Storage Unit
The lady was busy and she acknowedge me when I came in and said that she would be with me as quick as possible and she did while collecting money from other that were paying their rent and I call this GOOD CUSTOMER service thank you for having Shelia working for you at property number ******* with regards G Smith@ *******@gmail.com

Jodie was very helpful in explaining the various types of moving boxes that they carry. Also she answered my questions about the size of the storage units.
What a gem! Literally swamped when we came to change iur storage space size, yet she handled everyone with care. Cool and collected even with a difficult customer who didn't want to pay insurance. She showed us two other sizes. Helped me with additional moving items... this place is clean and the staff is tge best. Perla could've used a hand today, but she worked through lunch to care for everyone. Thanks Perla!

I wish to express my sincere "Thank you" to Dee at the Public Storage on Mildred Ave in Tacoma. She was very friendly and hospitable as well as professional. She took care of me without any problems. She expalined to me the procedures of using the storage unit and what to do if I had any questions or problems. If I need to rent again, I will defiantly go back to public storage to see Dee.
I had some storage in one of the garage units on the west side in Evansville IN and it got stuck and Renee' helped me get the door open and I really did appreciate it and everyone has been very very nice even if you forget your # they will give you a lil card that has it on there. *******
Kim really saved the day when she helped us troubleshoot, me loosing my lock and updating my account. I would have been toast at the end the month but I can now rest easy.

You have a very professional employee name Coquita was being harassed by a drunk customer and she was mild matter, respectful and handle the problem very well. I just want to give her a shout out for the way she handle herself and the customer did apologize for his behavior which I guess he felt embaressed after he realize he cause the problem.

We put our possessions in storage while we moved. Came back to get some items unit was destroyed by rats. They torn things up and rat poop all over. No dumpster to throw the horrible stuff away. Went back to get stuff to wash and save. Cops were there unit next to ours was robbed all there TVs and furniture. This place is suppose to be secure. We are so upset we lost alot of our items. The people there are very rude and nasty. They went up on rent a month after we moved in. What a horrible experience. Never will use a public storage again

I did most of it online, which I love. And when I went in Angie was so nice and knew her job! Very helpful to make sure I got the appropriate unit, walked me through the steps I needed to know.

We went on their website, put a unit on hold, got a call back and an email very quickly confirming our unit and a time to come in and see it and complete paperwork. Resident on duty was very friendly and outgoing, knew what she was doing, and had us signed up and our space rented in less than 15 minutes. She took us to the unit to show us what we were getting. It was very, very clean and well built. We had no qualms about putting our belongings in the unit and didn't have a worry about water leakage or damage being done while our possessions were in the unit. Door was easy to open and close and the lock felt very secure. We did have to purchase a certain lock that they provided to us and it was mandatory that we purchase insurance which added to the cost of the unit, but the first month's rent was only $1.00 so that helped with the cost. The rental is month-to-month so we can remove our belongings and cancel at any time. We felt the rental amount was very reasonable for the unit. It was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend this facility.
I have been a customer at the Sterling Heights location and from day one perfect customer service a young lady by the name of Dee help me tremendously i had went on line and did my app and when I got to the store it was totally messed up Dee took her time patiently with me I was a little disappointed from the online but she contacted a supervisor rectified the problem got me a bigger better unit and saved my whole day I would like to thank Dee very much.
Very nice clerk and pleasant experience. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and the facilities were very clean
