They made them moving the reservations effortless, the facility is very clean and inviting. I found the facility is very centrally located and convenient and all staff was very welcoming as well as knowledgeable about their product.
I went to the store on 115th and Huron and was greeted with a smile. Jess was very help full and friendly she was very injoyable if that is a word. Visitproperty ******* in NJ. The service sold me! Brittany M was amazing, I went in an extra day earlier and she was quick to help me, show me the space and explain everything to me. I was in a rush being a single mother and she got me in and out. The space was just right and near the door since I was doing all the lifting. My husband and I visited property number ******* today (1/Great/2019) to rent a storage unit. This is a new property in Cypress, Texas. Eugenea was our customer service representative. She was very helpful, showed us a unit we were interested in, explained the whole process of renting a unit. Answered any questions we had. We rented a 10 x 10 unit.
So, our overall experience was wonderful. Great Customer Service, which is rare now a days.
