I was very upset after getting bad customer service from Tina at the mission Blvd location In hayward, but Alice Redding was very helpful at the Whipple location in Hayward and made me feel a lot better doing businesss with public storage.

I leased a unit at the Hempstead road Houston Tx location, Travis was very helpful and explained the leasing process. I had the previlage of meeting the Property Manger Michael he's a professional and customer service skills excels on all levels. I highly recommend this location.

Came here to get supplies to complete my packing Candace explained the value of protection when it comes to packing correctly and storing if I ever needed a unit. She asked me relevant questions to pinpoint which items I needed to purchase. Candace is great at what she does and she really cares and values every customer that comes her way.
I have an update. These People tried to charge me for an extra months rent after I left. I was out on the last day of the month and they wouldn't put it in the system. 2 days later I get the call " You still owe us rent". I would encourage anyone that doesn't like to get robbed, AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!
There were a bunch of extra hidden fees that weren't mentioned until after I was asked to pay and wouldn't have ever been mentioned if I didn't question. I was forced to buy a $30 lock from them, despite having my own. And the guy kept pushing me to sign, consistently interrupting me while I was reading.
I left the place feeling like I was taken advantage of. I feel uncomfortable putting my stuff there now, and will probably find a new storage place by the time this lease is up
On Feb 24,2019, I went to my storage located on N. Cashua drive Florence SC. To my surprise, my storage locks had been changed so my keys which are Public Storage keys for Public Storage locd on my storage didnt work. So I went to the Public Storage on grounds and informed the Agent that my keys were not working. He told me there were no notes on my account that indicated any lock change. I asked are you sure and replied by asking me to show him my picture id again in which I was shocked and replied back to him saying I just showed my picture ID and confirmed all, why doesnt my key work and he just looked befuddled as I walked out of the office to try the keys I had again without success. So I went back to the office only to see that he had locked up (5pm by this time) and left. I called customer service and explained all to them and they gave me the District Manager (Daniele) phone number which is only a voice mail service. I left 2 or 3 messages pleading for a reply but she called me on Tuesday morning 26 Feb and asked if she could help me and that she doesnt work on Sundays. WOW... I replied to her on the phone saying how can you help me on Tuesday when I called you on Sunday. She replied to me saying "ok have nice day" and hung up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The unit is perfect for me. The manager is very professional and he help me with my dudes. My unit is located at Cutler Bay and the locations is clean and organized. Thank Anthony for everything

I was in need of a small, climate controlled space in the West Palm Beach area for temporary storage.
I met two astonishing people, Donna and Denise, at Public Storage who made me feel like I was a guest in a 5 Star Hotel.
They went out of their way to show me all of the options and got me an amazing deal.
It's not often that you receive this kind of service anywhere, and totally unexpected at a storage rental facility.

The property manager Dolly was such an amazing woman and was willing to stay well past the closing time in order to finish up the move-in paperwork process. Dolly deserves to be recognized for her customer service as well as her friendliness. Thank you for allall that you did Dolly.

Was changing a payment method on my account and thought i set it up for automatic payment, turned out I didn't, wasn't informed that i am late with my payment until the late fee of $35 ws added to the balance! Tried to call customer service and explain the situation but they wouldn't even listen! First time i had to deal with something like that! First time late with the payment and they refused to take it off so i could go ahead and set up the automatic payment! The worst freaking place! HUGE MISTAKE to use them! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

It's a scam they raise the prices after you move in. Very rude and no customer service! No help I really regret choosing them worst decision ever!
