At the public storage on Garden Grove Boulevard in Garden Grove I had reserved a unit online but needed to come after work to pay for everything and I was really pressed for time I need to get a storage that day I didn't get off of work till 5:30 and they closed at 6 and I was about a half an hour away however the customer service rep his name was John was extremely helpful offered to stay a little late if need be for me to be able to come in and rent a unit it so happens I showed up just a few minutes early of them closing he was very enthusiastic and helpful made everything so much easier

I was looking for a storage place to rent because my landlord sold the place I was living in, made a phone call that afternoon and spoke with Mark (Manager at the Public Storage on SE Burnside / SE 202 St), he immediately reserved a space for me. Showed up next day and paid for the space, as simple as that! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, curtious and respectful! Made me feel that my stuff was at home and glad I made that phone call. Thank you much Mark!
Stacy was very pleasant, helpful and professional during my daughter and I visit. The facility was new and very clean. I was most impressed with how Stacy secured the facility prior to showing us around. I left feeling confident my belongings were in a safe and clean environment. I didn't feel rushed but well taken care of. It was a pleasure having Stacy help us. Thanks Stacy!

This company has no consideration for customers and the staff worthless. I've given a 1 star because 0 is not an option. If you plan to rent a Storage space in Montclair, California, think twice. Security is a joke and management particularly "Delia" the onsite manager will deceive you and lie with a smile. I guarantee the 5 star reviews are employees.
I had my things stolen while at the facility the day I moved in yet her security camera's show nothing (Interesting) don't you think? Oh! And this was at the time of closing with only 3 customers including myself on the lot at the time. There are better choices then Public Storage read the reviews people, I certainly wish I had read them first before losing my things. I will be posting this on every website that will allow me to inform people how terrible this company is and what a worthless group of employees it hires.

The unit was clean and dry.
I was helped by Dawn. She was very friendly went over all info. In detail and answer all my questions. She was very professional. Great prices. Great place to make business with.
Staff was remarkable. Very pleased with all services. Property was very clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. Very nice varitiy of storage and shipping supplies.
Pat(*******) has been terrific to work with from the moment the storage unit was rented. She was helpful, dedicated, and made me feel welcome. All my questions and concerned were answered. She is definitely an asset to the company because she works to make renters feel appreciated.
Charlie was beyond helpful. He called to confirm my reservation and arrival time. He offered to stay late to get my reservation processed. We needed a larger unit than I initially thought. Charlie was more than happy to help me get the right unit. He was awesome. Thanks Charlie. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know where to store their stuff.

Public storage is a joke. Took 6 months to get a light bulb fixed. Made many phone calls and got no where except every excuse on why it wasn't fixed. Finally after 6 months they fixed it. Signs all over their stores say 100% customer satisfaction. Yeah right. No discount or nothing. In return I got a price increase of +$40. How do you price increase when a unit I was paying for was not taken care of. The only positive thing I have is the manager of the store was trying for me. It was not her fault. It was from the district manager on. Time to take my business elsewhere
