The manager Kelly at property******* was fantastic she showed me the units the size I was looking for and took care of all the paper work so fast I was blown away she was so helpful and pleasant I am going to like it hear glad I checked this one out I cant say the same for the one on Hogan glad to get out of there.

Never felt so comfortable than I did with Cara helping me secure my new unit. Pleasant demeanor and great customer service skills

I talked to Michelle in customer service at the 1213 W. 6th Street in Austin. She was wonderful! As I was sharing some of my concerns with her, she was patient and understanding. I inquired about a situation. She returned a call to me as she had promised which doesn't happen all the time in many businesses. Overall, my experience was great! Michelle is a wonderful representative for this company!

Hi I am very pleased with Sandra the manager ******* she is great very informative and helpful a great lady.

Not only was the facility convenient and close to home but above all the staff made the storage experience even enjoyable. Wnen my husband past away Valarie helped me with very personal attention to take care of some difficult details with billing and finally moving out of the unit when it was necessary.
