Sherlanda with Public Storage in Southaven, MS was extremely helpful in setting up the rental of a unit for my 83-year-old mother (2 broken legs/giving up apartment to move in with me). She was wonderful and flexible since she dealt with me and my sister and worked me into her schedule on a Saturday so I did not have to miss additional work. Very knowledgeable about the property and explained all she could about the rental. Even saved me some money on the first month rental! Then, on move day, when I didn't know how to get back to the unit, she drove her golf cart there as our caravan of two vehicles and the moving truck followed. I sure hope Mom's stuff stays safe and clean (no mold or damage) in this climate controlled space (just in case she gets to live alone again)!
Worst company I have been exposed to in a long time. This was Not a 1x bad service experience, but institutionalized extortion. Public storage lured me into a rental on Camelback Rd. (Phoenix) then raised my rent 3x in 1.5 years, equating to a 39% rate increase then refused to discuss it and began charging a late fees while I tried to discuss my challenge. I thought surely this was an accident? After great effort I spoke to someone at corporate, who said nothing she can do since they don't set pricing there at that office. If you don't set pricing at HQ, and not at the local office, then who sets it? It's a lie. I finally paid the balance just to get out and communicated to the local rep (the one guy who returned my calls) for a Saturday exit, then they charged me for another full month because I moved on the 3rd instead of the 1st despite my coordinating with the local rep. When I complained about how poor the service and ethics of PS is, he laughed, "You're not the first person to tell me that. You're definitely not the only one!" This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

I've never met anyone like Mrs. Bernice Johnson at 390 D. Front St. *******, Mrs. Bernice go over and beyond in assisting her customers with a great big smile and a greet as I enter the building, she stops and check on us while we are getting our things out of the storage or put in the storage, Mrs. Bernice keeps the storage unit very, very clean, and smelling fresh, she also keeps the outside of the Mrs. Bernice is a very mulri-task woman, she held out 5 or 6 people
Troy was very courteous and helpful while I was choosing the correct unit for my needs. Helping me chose the space and being patient with all my questions and helpful with very responsive awnsers.
My experience with public storage on zarzamora was a journey for me but with the warm heart and encouragement Mrs Gina would always give me during my visit and contact, she made helped me to feel better and maintain belongings from auction. If she hadn't continuously contact me and encourage through losing my job and about to lose over 10years worth of my belongings, I would have gave up. It was good to have someone genuinely rooting me on to keep making some type of payment. I Appreciate Mrs Ginas Remarkable customer support and bluntness.

I've have rented several units over the years and never had an office Manger exceed my expectations but the Office Manager Michelle at 7601 Airport Fwy Richland Hills Facilitates went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful, and showed me several units to make sure I got the right size unit, good sales person and explained things about my contract and went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. She made the whole experience go smoothly of renting a storage unit. She is an asset to your company and greets people with a smile and has a bubbly personality. I will recommend my friends to visit her and let her accommodate their needs.
Suzanne is the BEST. Very attentive, always answers the phone in a kind voice, and she truly cares about her customers. I appreciate all she does there at that particular storage facility. I live out of state bur she always has time to attend to my needs or concerns... i dont think Public Storage can find a better employee... I am in sales... so i appreciate awesome customer service. There are rats in the units! My belongings were at Covington highway Decatur Georgia! I saw ALL these droppings, huge and could NOT believe it! Rats and the insurance company only pays out 250$. I would NOT recommend that you use them. On top of which they have NO light, it's unclean of course you are going to have rats and I'm told break ins... don't do.
The place and property look clean and ez to access also you can find all the packing supplies for your moving need. Very helpful with customer. And the rent price is fair too. I extremely recommend.
I had ALL of my furniture in Public Storage on Staples Mill Road for 1 year and when I went to take my furniture out it had mold on everything my mattresses, sofas, clothes, shoes and my clothes and shoes were in plastic containers and they were damp and molded and you would think after paying nearly 200.00 your belongings would be safe. Even having insurance that's didn't cover mold. UNBELIEVABLE. You work hard for your things and this is what happens... I even called corporate and the only thing they said was sorry but it's nothing we can do... SMH! UNBELIEVABLE!
Shaquanna was very pleasant and courteous throughout the entire sign up process. She took the time to show me several different units, and found out which units had specials running at the time to save me money. She then walked me through the steps to take from entering the building to departure, She made a good first impression and represented the company well. She was great!
