I had to move out of my residence quickly and needed storage space so made a call to Public Storage. The lady Jenise went over and above to make my transaction smooth. She didnt know my heart was heavy just lost a love one and then moving. Her smile and just plain etiquette really lifted my spirits. So thank you Jenise and Public Storage. So if anyone need space this is the place.

During my visit to this facility, I was greeted by Mrs. Candy. She was very professional and friendly. She explained to me various storage spaces and guided me through the process smoothly. We need more professionalism like Mrs. Candy displayed. She was awesome!

Public storage is ran by a bunch of tweakers that are only out to do meth and steal your belongings. I hope that the Oklahoma City ok facilities employees burn in hell!
Though I have not always been happy at Public Storage I recently encountered an employee worthy of praise. Nicole at the South Durango Ave Store is so helpful and patient that she deserves at least a raise! In this time of uncertainty and lack of civility she stands out as an excellent representative of the best a person can ask for in helping and being competent. We were in this place and during the second part of our visit, fortunately Claudia explained everything step by step with an excellent patience, after that she showed the different storage and again explaining the diference between one in the first and second floor.

As if all the extra fee you have Changed so far aren't enough. Now at $65.00 lean fee and another if I don't pay this one by this week. Also I see that now your corporate office has removed any way for any customer to provide feed back. I will guess after reading the reviews it is due to the overwhelming amount of complaints I am sure your company has received for there disrespect to their customers for circumstances beyond their control. PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THESE GREEDY GUYS! First off they get you here by $1 for the first month then raise the rent 2 times 6 months... now I am trying to move everything in a smaller unit due to the fact that I am out of work because of COVID-19 they are telling me that they are going to charge me the entire month for the larger unit. Oh but we will wave the late fee. I guess you can see who people and business really are when something like this happens. Unfortunately it will cost me so much to move to another location. But I can honestly say this I will never rent from this company again.

Hi, This company provides excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with JOSH, 5/17/20 he was very knowledgeable and very well spoken about the company policies answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend my family, and friends to this company.
This company refuses to give refunds. Rented a unit. The deal was pay the first month and get the second month free. I rent my unit on the 11th day of the month. Ipaid the first month. I planned to vacate the unit before the second month free time ended on the 10th day of the month. Because they send me messages of late charges and I didn't want to get lock out, I paid the prorated amount for the rest of the month. I was out of the unit before the free month was up on the 10th. They refuse to refund the money for the prorated part of the month that I didn't use. The property manager said I would receive a refund, but corporate refused to give my money back. I paid $151 for a storage unit that I didn't use. They could rent to someone else and make double money as it was vacated on the 7th day of the month. Beware of their refund policy.
I have been paying for a unit in Miami Gardens for about 3 years. I have been left without a job and without a roof previously and, to value my personal things I have paid my rent and even the extra fee's that are attached to the loss of the unit and they put my things for sale. They have no heart to see us for what we are paying and much less with that of the Covid19. I have paid my rent, but for not paying the extra fees (just in the Covid 19) they want to sell me my things, they call you, they send texts, they harass you when they do not touches there heart I am paying the rent (not the extra fees that is around $125, they took $25). We are not working gentlemen. I have paid the rent for my unit preferring to pay the rent than to do a supermarket and eat. Many gentlemen do not let their things go simply because we had a hard time obtaining them and we do not have a roof in my situation to store them. They do not respect that I have my things for almost 3 years and I have paid every month with a lot of sacrifice, even the penalties and extra fees that they add to it and in this situation of Covid 19 they treat us as if nothing was happening. Gentlemen, we do not have money coming, we are not working. Be sensitive to this situation. NO ONE WANTS TO STOP PAYING OUR UNITS OR NOT BE WORKING!

Michelle England, District Manager advised that if payment wasn't made in full my property would be auctioned. She shared that there was nothing else that could be done and that Public Storage doesn't have any policies in place for waving storage fees due to COVID19. It is my opinion that ANY business making demand payment phone calls during a pandemic is one that should not be operating. Where's the empathy, ethical efficacy, and compassion? To be a District Manager representing Public Storage and overseeing employees, Michelle England is rude, abrupt, and lacks professionalism. Her closing words were, "If you have no plans on paying the balance that went delinquent only after the Stay Home Order/Pandemic, and no additional questions for me, have a nice day.
Perhaps Michelle EnglandDistrict Manager, in this case can take a lesson from Eugenia. She's ALWAYS helpful, professional, she goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, offers resolution and provides resources to helping if all else fails. During times like this, common courtesy, compassion and respect goes a long way and is greatly appreciated.
