Hello I'm a long term customer and I want to express my gratitude to the great staff at the Maxey Rd location in Houston Texas. Sandra And Katy are the best at what they do customer service by far hands down they are to hard working young Ladies and I appreciate all the help as well as the help Public Storage has offered Me as a consumer working with me during this pandemic. Thanks a Million Sandra and Katy! They deserve a Great $$$ Bonus and Our raise. Your happy customer J. Esquire

Before signing the agreement I asked multiple times if I was locked in at the rate I signed up for. Little did I know, hidden in the agreement was a clause that said they can raise it for any reason after 6 months. And keep doing so at their own discretion. They can get away with it since it's a pain to move again so they take advantage of this fact. Next is that if you move out in the beginning of the month they charge you for the whole month. No prorated refund. This company is just GREED and SELF PURPOSE. Will never use them again and will make sure NEVER to recommend them to anyone.

My three-year experience with Public Storage on 30th Avenue, Tampa, *******, was excellent. The facilities meet up to my high- standard expectation and the staff was amazing. Jalysa(one of the staff members) was instrumental in helping me make a smooth exit plan at the time of leaving my storage unit. She was kind, caring, and resourceful. Other staff members have also been of great assistance at times when questions arose. In the future, if I were to need another storage unit, I would definitely use their facility again. Thank you.

Worst company I've ever done business with. They rented me a 10 x 10 space that was actually 8 x 5. Even though someone was on site, she would not help. She said "I'm not on the clock." This company does not care about their customers at all! Don't fall for it! Do not ever use this company. After weeks of planning to try to get the people we needed any equipment we needed in the middle of Covid and after hours of packing everything on the trailer in the hot sun and paying people to do it, we couldn't fit everything in to the space. We called the national hotline and all they said is will have to come back tomorrow. How in the world am I going to get everything together again to do that in the middle of Covid.

I was pleasantly surprised when someone at this location got back to me soon after Id left a message. Having never been to this location, I was wondering about storage unit sizes and locations. Arizona called me back and clearly explained what was available, what things to consider when storing certain kinds of items, and how to ensure less moisture. By the time we were done chatting, I had a much better understanding and was able to look at my boxes, then figure out what I needed to book. It's hectic trying to move during a pandemic, so when you "meet" someone this helpful and nice, you have to write a review about it. Anyway, would totally recommend!

Ms. Iris from the Byberry Rd location (*******) went out of her way and beyond it all to meet my needs for a storage unit to rent out last week. Ms. Iris you are the best. I appreciated her help with getting everything situated for me for to move my stuff into storage Her customer service skills, mannerism, and professionalism was 100% perfect. She was very knowledgeable the property and she was able to get me in and out with the entire process. Thank you Ms. Iris for all of your help. I truly appreciate you so much.
