It's amazing how much better it is for me to know how much Patrice care and understand the value of her clients.

I rented a space at store #******* on04/07/2021 my customer service rep was Mr King, he was friendly and very helpful, made my move in a breeze
Awesome location! Was lucky enough to speak with Michelle at the Pleasanton CA location today! She greeted us with a smile and was anxious to assist us. She adhered to social distancing and masks as she showed us to the storage location. She was patient as she answered our questions and assisted with how to complete the reservation online. Due to the online è-reservation being unavailable she took the time to patiently assist when I phoned back. I completed the reservation and she later even called me back to let me know everything had gone through. What amazing Customer Service! Appreciate that, especially during this pandemic. We thank you and Michelle for a pleasant experience today!

The 69 Matthews Dr. Hilton Head Island Facility is clean, has climate controlled space, no crawlers, and Great Management. Great Asset for residents/part-timers on an Island who have to make the most of their space. Manager Mrs. R. Lynch has worked with me as needs expand, contract - repairs, renovations, my visitors/ relatives who temporarily need space in my home - thus our stuff has to go for awhile. Mrs. Lynch and those who work with her are through in explaining the insurance, locks, prices - they do change similar to a lot of things in a Resort community. Also facility has Cameras - that work! And controlled access.
Bob and Pam at 5060 Coolidge Hwy are the absolute best. Customer oriented whe recommending the perfect unit to fit all of your needs.

I went in two weeks ago just to rent a storage unit and in return I was greeted by Alejandro he has the best quality's when it comes to customer service he was excellent polite and professional he was able to multitask and keep my attention and explained everything I needed to know you rarely find young men with such a wonderful presence he was beyond great also I was looking for his award and I didn't see one with his name Alejandro deserves the best customer service award because I just absolutely loved him thank you Jamie yamila Velazquez

Martin the Property Manager at the 18 1/2 mile and Mound facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan is an All-Star. I have never seen anyone who is so quick to think on their feet and solve problems within a New York second. This guy is unbelievable. The building and property is immaculate and running finer than a Swiss watch. I heard alot about him and had to go see for myself what all the hoo-rah is about. I am beyond impressed and amazed. He gave me all my options and was very transparent. As long as he is running the show I will be a long-term tenant.

(Feedback) Hello, I recently moved out of my unit on 3/14/2021. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have always paid my unit on time. Over the course of 2 years my rent had been raised 3 or 4 times which in my opinion is excessive. I did speak with the location manager when they raised it a second time and she told me that because I had been a great customer, she would see if they could work something out with my rate and would get back to me, which she never did. When I moved in they pro-rated my first month and I was told they would do the same when I moved out, now I'm being told there is no pro-rate when moving out. So I paid 250.00 for an entire month and only used the unit for 14 days. Honestly I am a bit disappointed and will probably never use Public storage again. Not great customer service for a large, highly regarded company.
Martha at the White Horse Rd Public Storage facility was extremely Helpful to me. I had an issue with my unit in another state and she was able to tap into the system to assist me so I didn't have to drive all the way to my unit. Thank you Martha!
Staff is always courteous. I have been a client for one year and haven't had any issues. Staff is always diligent when it comes to my needs and services provided.
Answer: They will find a way to charge you for anything. And they will charge fees in which they will take you to collections for. They are a really greedy company
