I was very satisfied with the assistance and enology of Heather on the business, she was attending 3 costumers at the time I visit public storage I commend Heather for all the help I got in my visit at Public storage *******. I will recommend Public storage.
I rented four Public Storage units six months ago. I used the autopay for all four units. All was well until this month. Public Storage decided to change a security setting on their website (and didn't bother to let customers know until way too late). All of a sudden, my autopay was cancelled and I was told my bank was declining my payments. This was not the case. I literally spent six hours on four calls to "customer service." Every single time I was told it was "fixed" and my payments would be correctly debited. Every single time it was not "fixed." Finally, I went to the Public Storage location and was told, again, that it was "fixed." I was also charged $60 in "late fees" even though I was not the reason for the late payment. The very next day, I get a text from Public Storage saying my payments were due and I was going to be charged late fees because of it. My autopay was cancelled for the third time. Another 90-minute call later, I'm told it's "fixed" again. I sincerely doubt it. All I know is that I've lost $60 and I keep getting increasingly rude calls/texts/emails saying I'm not paying my bill. I can't get my items out of these units fast enough. I'm ready to pay over $1,000 to rent a moving truck just to get away from this terrible company.
They have upped the rent by almost 50$ in a year, if you miss the rent one time they lock you out and threaten to sell your unit! Please don't use this company find a better one, you won't regret it!
I wouldn't recommend renting space at Public Storage unless you are prepared to spend 47% more than the original price in 1 year's time. My 5 x 10 storage unit started at $66 then went up to $75 after 6 months then up to $97 at 1 year of renting space there.
This is a Countrywide issue as I have also rented space in another state with price increases every 6 month.
Suggest you go to a local company instead of Public Storage who DIS their loyal customers.
Renee was fantastic! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice to deal with. She answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. I would absolutely recommend her and Public Storage to anyone!
I'm a happy returning customer from years ago. It's a pleasure to see that Ms. Tammy is still here with her warm welcoming spirit. Her customer service is one of the best that I've encountered in years. She is definitely one of the reasons I returned, plus the climate control units at are available. Ms. Tammy was very helpful with my check in process and gave me all the information I needed. She definitely deserves a raise!

This is the WORST storage company I've EVER had to deal with! Not only did they allow someone to run into my super small unit with a UHAUL but they were also so negligent that hundreds of dollars I spent on my granddaughter was wasted and REFUSED TO REIMBURSE me for my loss all because they were TOO LAZY TO COVER THE GAPING HOLE FOR 19 DAYS! In those 19 days we had snow and a week straight of rain! Now they refuse to reimburse me for a month that I wasn't even in the unit! PUBLIC STORAGE IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!

I've been a customer for over 4 yrs at 3000 South Federal Boynton Beach Florida ******* and would like to say that no matter how bad my day is Karen although wearing her mask due to Pandemic always makes me smile with her up beat personality and constant ways to inform others how they can enjoy what that older but special location has to offer.
