I stored my boat at the OKC, Reno Ave location, the manager called and told me the boat had been vandalized, after arriving i find out it had been two days ago and he forgot to call the right number, The boat had speakers and batteries laying beside it and when i got there they were gone so the idiots that had been there 2 days ago came back and took more! What kind of idiot is running this place? He even mentioned that he noticed where they had been coming in and out of the fence and needed to fix it,, OMG can it get worse? If you want your property safe DO NOT use this place! Oh and when i arrived at noon there was a message on the door manager will be back by 2 pm and the security gate was wide open so hell invite all thieve in to take whatever or maybe the manager is part of the ones that did this?
We reserved one unit, once there realized needed more Judy was fantastic got us two more one right next to other and one even closer to door. Unloading a 26 foot trailer was a nightmare but Judy made sure we had no issues.
I was at the public storage today in Gaithersburg. Linda was Fantastic. She helped me find the right size unit and even gave me helpful suggestions on how to pack my stuff to get everything to fit. Couldn't recommend more.
In May I said let me pay my bill for June in full now so you can't throw a late charge on me. Then in June said I owe 11.00 and still threw a late charge.
This lady is just scamming me out of more money. Don't recommend. Very disappointed.
How does extra large boxes walk out of your storage unit on Grove Way in Hayward unit 1149 but they never see nothing they claimed on camera but I see multiple cars driving in from 6 up to up about midnight going into people's storage bringing the items out to the parking lot and stealing people item
Pam was very great with her customer service also help show the unit that we needed very clean in the inside of the building/units she gets a 5 thank you for your hard work.
Public storage at 5340 catomo/ Timquana... The ladies there are very special. Vickie who I dealt with first. Was patient with me. Answered all my questions. And took her time. I didn't get any negative vibe out of her. She walked and showed me my storage. She beat me to it. The whole experience was pleasant. Then the next day I came. I met Pam... I had to used the bathroom so bad. Pam did her best to help. So I wouldn't have an incident on myself. Pam also answered additional questions that came up. After my first visit... In a world full of racial tension right now. These two ladies help my experience on both sides... Public Storage yawl did good in hiring these two. I appreciate the both of them. And because of the experience. I always willing to go out the way. To store my things. Plus the property is very clean. The storages are very clean. I didn't see trash anywhere on the property. My experience there helped me to know. That not all of Jacksonville is throwed off... Kudos to PAM AND VICKIE. FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB. DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. HOSPITALITY ISN'T A BIG DEAL ANYMORE. VICKIE AND PAM. ARE PROOF THAT GOOD SERVICE DOES EXIST... AGAIN... THANK YOU LADIES FOR CHANGING MY EXPERIENCE... STAY SAFE...
This is one of the best customer service people I have worked with. His name is Jim and is a great person. Makes coming to the storage a good experience.
The Call Center people are the worst. First, I call to reserve a unit, and even though I didn't need it for a week, I offered to pay for it that day. They say "oh no, you don't have to do that. I get an email that says my move in rate will be 25$ because of their "special." Then I get a call from the property manager but can't answer the phone. I call back - it goes straight to VM- I thought I left a message but no class back. I called again on the day I am supposed to pay and same thing. So I call the 833 number - sit on hold for 35 minutes. Start to tell the person the issue (starting with, I have tried to call the site with no luck) and I realize the person I am speaking to wasn't listening because she very rudely got snippy with me saying -- "they tried to call you several time (NO THEY didn't) and the unit is gone" I tried to say something and she cut me off and basically told me that it was my fault and all I could do is call the site - I said again that the number that I keep calling goes to VM to which she responded "I'll just dial it" when the site manager picked up, I tried to ask the cust. Service person what number she dialed and she just hung up. Second. The site manager on Ebenezer rd. In Rock Hill, SC was great and helped get me into another unit at the same price - but then she hit me with the "fees" that the 833 sales people won't tell you about and my 25$ move in rate and 81$ a month quickly became a 61$ move in rate and 96$ a month. And of course, I am stuck! I am moving and have to have a storage unit this week. So I will be using it for at least a month

Facility staff was very helpful and Courteous. The facility was clean and in good repair. The manager was instrumental in helping me find the correct sized unit for me. I'm handicapped and the managers made sure I had the help I needed in order to transfer my belongings into my unit. This was very important as I had never used a storage facility in the past. I found the facility to be handicapped accessable. I would recommend this facility to others.
This storage was the nasty rat infested roach infested. When i told the manager about it she was so unconcerned and told me to just make a claim.and then she lied to the insurance people and told them that i said i had food in my units. Liar they are liars and they are only trying to pay me 250.00 max for all of my belongings they are frauds do not i repeat do not use this storage facility. They lied on me to cover there butts... why would i keep food in a storage unit? Make it make sense... Im a pissed off customer.

Such people not only should not take such positions and serve customers, but should sit at home and not stick out...

I put my stuff in storage at the mill plain Vancouver Washington public location not antipating within 5 months the greedy company or I believe this is individually owned/franshised raised the price from 83.00 to 115.00 within 5 months talk about false advertisement be aware their behaviors especially during covid they seem to want to get away with the greedy, there us no substantial reason for this hike it's not as if they are losing customers. Well I will never go there again in my life time plan to get my stuff out soon. I do recall two years ago I rented for almost one year with no hike this is why I went back but it takes z few rotten apples to ruin it and they did for entire corporation. Soars hour money and don't tent through any public storage the 1.00 is a facade a trick!
I recently had a fire in my home and had to move. Jennifer was the representative that assisted me in getting into a storage that fit my belongings. She was very nice and polite and had a wonderful personality. She is a wonderful person and a excellent employee. She showed me the unit and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend this particular storage to my friends and family just because of the professionalism and courtesy from Jennifer! She is an amazing person! I had the best experience at public storage... ******* SR 92... First it started at the front door. She was so nice! She definitely went above and beyond her job... I just wished all employees were like that! If I could give her 10 stars... i will definitely be back for purchase! That's how lovely she was! Her name was KELLI COX! Wish there were more of you? I just wanted to give a big shout out for Glenda, she is awesome, and very professional, always smiling She had brought it to my attention right away my lock was put on wrong so she notified me right away so I would be able to secure my unit before anyone could get into it. So thankful for her doing her job and noticing my mistake. She is always been very nice and helpful with everything and accommodating my needs. She deserves a RAISE Also the place is. Always very clean I would definitely recommend my friends her way if they are in need of storage. Thanks again GLENDA
