I had the extraordinary opportunity of meeting these two staff Camille and Pankaj at Public Storage 1740 Argentina Rd, as I needed to rent a unit for storing my items on August 11,2021. Their customer service was impeccable and their willingness to help was most touching.
Camille called me to confirm the reservation and her empathy, tone, and clear instructions were utmost beneficial. Truly an iconic staff providing rewarding customer experience. My particular look, feel, smell and taste of great customer service was highlighted by her.
I've rented a unit through Public Storage for a number of years now, and while the unit has stayed the same, the price has increased on a regular basis - with no incentive or sense of loyalty for a long-term customer. Storage space is storage space, but when it comes to customer satisfaction, the overall experience makes a difference. Inquiries to management get the usual boilerplate response about "competitive pricing," etc., but a quick Google search of the area reveals otherwise.

Nancy in a south Reno was awesome even though you can see she is being given difficulty in her job due to the way PS conducts their online presence. My problem is when a company subdues a workers ability to function inside what they created for customers. She helped us over that issue and if PS valued her service they would fix their programming so it doesn't conflict w field offices and booking there in. As far as I'm concerned she should be a supervisor or boss of the people who can't manage their own business cause she knows what she is doing, period. Kris. ;) people need to wise up.

We needed a storage unit for our three bedroom house. Were selling and the home needs to be empty. We found Public Storage on Liberty Rd. In Boise (property #*******). It was very clean and well maintained. Toni, the office agent was very heplful and very professional. We were able to secure a unit that day and start moving into the unit that weekend. Toni helped me download the Public Storage app and I used it to open the gate without getting out of my truck. Public Storage in a great company and I would recommend them highly. Thank you Toni and Public Storage.
Came in and they made things vary easy and fast. I had all 4 baby's with me and they made things fast and easy. Rachel was vary helpful and even told me about the special they had for the bigger unit for the same price as the smaller one. Thank you so much for making storage one less thing to stress about.
Thank you for thinking of all the small little things that could go array. Unfortunately because my spouse don't like to where shoes and don't encourage our child to wear them, he would have been cut on his foot with that glass and debris I saw you sweeping up and just to show she agree now because he was cut at a gas station because of no shoes on. So thank you now she agreed to start putting his shoes on anytime we leave the house. Thanks for having the care not at your store and not on your watch lol. We need more people like u that gives a rat bottom about appearance in and out the store. By the way honey and I are happy about out decision about the storage. Keep up great work Jenise your remind me of my mother Denise funny y'all name similar lol. Thanks!

I leased a unit from this property on Owen Tach over a year ago. The lady working the front counter name was Trena and she made the experience very unique. She exhibited such a kind, warm and sincereness about herself. So here I am again needing to lease another storage unit and that young lady popped in my head. I remembered the outstanding service she provided in the past. To my satisfaction she is still there and I must say that her service is still excellent! It's not often that I give reviews, however when someone impresses me to that extent it is mandatory that I give a review. I would like to thank Trena at PS for her patience and willingness to assist me. You don't even know that I am working on the way I interact with people and I wondered if people saw in me what I saw in you. I hope that people get from me what I got from you. In my book you have the best customer service ever!
I have been renting a storage unit from Public Storage for several years, and it's coming to an end. They raise their fees constantly. Worse than that, a representative hung up on me while I was trying to verify my identity to pay my bill! I called to speak to a supervisor 9 times, and it never happened. Next, someone broke into several units, including mine, in May. How did I find out? I actually called because I lost my gate code. The one good employee Tasha told me that another employee had left me a detailed message. FALSE. I was never contacted. They have my address, my phone number, and my cell phone. I went to my unit the next day AND EVERYTHING I OWNED WAS COVERED IN RAT FECES! They want to charge me $164 for a 5x 10 unit WITH RATS?!?! That's despicable. Do NOT rent from the location in Seattle on Olson.
I will never get another storage at public storage ever again there a joke they lie. So i am good off them i would never recommended them to anyone.

The experience was very good. My initial meeting to get my storage area was great no problems or surprises. During the 18 months my things were always safe and secure. Check out was very convenient and pleasant.
