Found what I needed fast and no trouble.
One thing i would change is the pricing, first it a $1 to try it out. Then you charge $7 for a pdf i dont need when i can view it online. Then you charge $20 every month starting with the day you search. Instead of charging the next month or aleast giving us a week trial..
I requested information on a specific person. I was quoted a small fee initially than got three charges to my account. I then received a recurring monthly fee that I was finally able to cancel. Your communications on billing are not at all clear.

I was charged a $ 20 subscription fee. I do not recall ordering the subscription. I had to contact them and request a refund. They agreed to refund me. I'm awaiting refund.

I was very very disappointed with the service as I received no information and was charged $20 that I was unaware that I would be charged. However, when I closed my account and asked for a refund, they were very helpful with processing a refund without any incident.
This website was very easy to use and took hardly more than 5-10 minutes to find what I was looking for. Policies of the site are clear, and customer service was quick to assist me when needed. I would use this site again if needed.
I needed to find some information, and easily did so through Public Records. It was also very easy and quick to cancel my account through the Chat feature, as I will not need to continue to search Public Records.
Needed to do a background check of someone to see what Public Records were out there on someone. As I was going through the site, it was not abundantly clear what the charges were to run background checks. I did end up getting a basic report on the individual I was searching, but what was not disclosed very well was the recurring $20 monthly charge. I contacted them to close my account, stopped the recurring charge and they refunded me the $20 without question. I was pleasantly surprised and I give them kudos for doing so. It also gave me some confidence that this is a respected site, and I would use them again if I needed this service on a regular basis.

What stood out most was how smoothly she resolved the problem and provided a refund without making the process difficult or stressful. I reported an unintended charge of $20 charged to my account when all I really wanted was a $1 report. Carol responded and understood and stated I would be issued the $20 credit in a few days. I would have given a 5-Star but I'm not sure how the charge of $20 even happened.
