Taking the test and being checked in to take the test was a great overall experience.
In all the email I received prior to taking the test, I did get information about the address of the PSI center. Once I arrived at the building, I realized none of the emails I had received gave me the exact location(Floor or room number.) There was no one in the front lobby or anything posted as to where exactly the test was being offered. I had to ask people walking into elevator if they knew where PSI testing was taking place and that is how I found the testing center.
Would recommend inputting floor number and room number where test is taking place in building.

Hello, This is the second time I am attempting to take a practice VTNE exam before my exam date in one week. The code provided was still invalid (after completing all recommended steps) and I needed to purchase an exam for a second time. I was hoping for reimbursement as I have now had to purchase 2 exams due to invalid access codes. I have a screenshot showing the invalid code.

I HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE BUT OVERALL GOOD. HAD TO REVIEW EMAIL AND FOLLOW THROUGH CAREFULLY TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT REQUEST.
The site would not accept my password, nor would it send me a recovery email. I know that email is correct because I used it 2 days ago.
So far so good, I don't agree with paying for practice test but we will see what happens next.

The National test was nothing like the practice. The wording and stem information from each question was different.

Did not receive links for practice exams, i called for assistance and they could not assist me. Told me to send an email that would take 24-48hr response. I take my actual exam in less than 24 hrs

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
