Scheduled the main exam -easy online access and smooth checkout -Great for after work convenience. Silly to require 50 characters just to make me fill in more and more. My oiunts were clear and plenty but instead I had to keep typing.

I have not actually used the pretest, but it was easy to buy. I have used this testing site before for their pretests, but only the partial length ones, but my test is coming up, so I decided to get a full one. So far the site is good but a little hard to navigate at times,

I bought this practice test package when scheduling my exam and never received instruction on how to redeem it. When trying to log in to the practice test platform it said I had no purchase of the practice test and I had to make a second purchase to ensure I could take the practice test in time
I took a proctored test for a real estate license. 235 questions and it disconnected after I completed 175 questions and couldn't get me back online. The proctor also wanted to check my bathroom and what's behind my broken monitor. It's very invasive and a huge waste of time. DON'T DO IT
I don't know I just started using it too soon to tell and forcing me to do this when I haven't used it yet is a bit too much...
I bought all 3 practice exams, and I am so happy I did! The questions were semi-worded differently than other practice exams such as those found on Vet Tech Prep and Prendergast practice tests. These PSI practice test prepared me in regards to how the actual test was written, and how the test was actually formatted on the day of my actual VTNE! Highly recommend buying these practice exams prior to your VTNE!

Overall, it is a perfectly ok experience; however, it is really confusing when requesting a transcript be sent to an institution if you are requesting the mailing address for admissions or the main campus address for that institution.

Havent pened my test yet so i dont know what other hoops to jump through or downloads that may be required so its like tipping before i get my food only to get it late and cold.

I think it cost to much but I needed it so no choice but to pay. Other than that, the website was easy to use and phone friendly.
While testing in Grand Rapids - my system froze for several minutes and jumped to a different section of my exam. This created testing stress because it appeared answers were altered.
I also called to reschedule my exam and the phone team did not schedule me for the first available time.
Awful! Indian support staff you cannot understand. The process is not clear up front, and no one to speak with. The website does not work intuitively, just stops with no one to assist!
People were sooooo nice and I got everything done fast except for the part I had to wait so long for my license to process and it was kinda annoying so that could have been better
The overall test taking experience was good, proctors were nice and environment was fine but once I finished it took over 20 minutes of waiting to get my license.
