Easy to get the OSHA publication

Practice Tests are Horrible

Less than 20 questions into my 850 question package I noticed the answers are wrong on the test. One question I answered 125 Amps and it was marked as incorrect and in the answer description, it said 125 was the answer but it was not listed as an option so 150 was the correct answer…. Even though 125 was an option I picked.
No code reference. HORRIBLE questions. Called to report the issue and the customer rep would not accept proof of the problem and would not refund my purchase.

Am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent IELTS test experience at your centre.

Firstly, we were instructed to arrive before 8:00 a.m. Nearly fifteen candidates, including myself, arrived on time. However, there was no staff member available to guide us or explain where we should go, and the entrance door was closed. After the door was finally opened, we had to wait outside again for approximately another ten minutes. The passport checking process did not begin until around 8:30 a.m., which caused unnecessary confusion and stress among the candidates.

Secondly, the behaviour of some invigilators during the test was very unpleasant. Their manner of speaking to candidates was extremely strict and unfriendly, making us feel as though we had done something wrong.

During my exam, I slightly adjusted the computer monitor to the left in order to see the screen more clearly. Unfortunately, the cable behind the monitor disconnected. One of the invigilators reacted in a very aggressive and panicked manner, asking why I had touched it and strongly reprimanding me in front of others. This made me extremely nervous and negatively affected my concentration. I lost valuable time and was moved to another computer, which further disrupted my exam.

At the new computer, when I had just started the listening section and was already wearing the headphones, the invigilator suddenly took the mouse from my hand without asking permission and reduced the volume, saying it was too loud. If there had been a technical problem with the headphones, they should have replaced the headset instead. As a candidate, I should be allowed to choose a comfortable volume level in order to hear the audio clearly.

Finally, during the last minutes of the test, the invigilator stood directly above me and closely watched my screen. This made me feel very uncomfortable and distracted at a critical moment of the exam.

I invested a significant amount of money and effort to take this test, and I was already under a great deal of stress. Unfortunately, this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. I have previously taken the IELTS exam in Bristol, and the staff there behaved in a very professional and respectful manner. I did not experience any of these issues.

Bad expwriece with 1st test

I took the 1st test online back in 2023, a storm was passing by I had terrible connection the test monitors on the never try to help reschedule j went ahead and started the test even when I tried to connect many times and got disconnected over and over. I don't have the exact date of the test.

Besides not getting any indication that my computer wasn't compatible with the browser, it was smooth. Due to the lack, I had to urgently find a different computer and download the browser at the time of my test. Very frustrating experience

I had a very good experience overall. I do remember that navigation sometimes required scrolling through multiple slides instead of being able to click on the destination page.

Maybe I am wrong, but I was under the impression that the test was not a general contractor's license test but specialized for hardscaping/irrigation systems.
