I highly recommend psi the staff was great and the test is well put together
They were having technical difficulties at the time with given out voucher codes at checkout but called and then had to email them and within 12hrs had it resolved and I took my practice test the next day. Very happy with my experience!

This is the second account I had to setup. When I called your customer service number at 7:30 am EST the VM said your hours were 6:30am - 6pm - so I had to call back.

Great. I did not know that PSI issues exam preparation book for master plumber.
I got a code for a practice exam when I paid to take my test but it didn't work and nobody emailed me back about it after I contacted them. My test is very soon and I don't have time to wait.

I was sent the incorrect test. I ordered a NJ State Real Estate Salesperson 3 practice test bundle, but received a test for Insurance agents. Please refund me $53

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
