This has been a frustrating experience. I purchased a study guide that was not what I needed. I ONLY need the Business & Law study materials. I have ordered the book from NASCLA and will use it exclusively. It's not the material that is the issue. It is the LACK OF GUIDANCE that is available from phone representatives.

The system was down when I needed it so my certification expired.

Thought I already had an account but according to this site I didn't
Everything is easy and pretty intuitive except choices for the courses is a little confusing.
The instructions for logging in were not correct from HPCC and I had to reset my password in multiple places for this to work. It took much longer than it should have. And the passwords were always the same and correct but not recognized by PSI.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
