I appreciate them having this available for me to study for my exam. I have ordered from other places, but seems to be a good option as well. We know that the questions can be some times very challenging. So with this material at my finger tips this should put me right where I need to be.

Had computer issues was not able to access test. Called CS was not successful. Used another laptop was able to access test but had issue but the test monitor individual was able to help with my technical issue. Was able to complete my test.

I recently bought a study package and wasn't aware that I had chose the 1 week package. I think it could be a good idea to send like reminder emails that you have x amount of time to use the pack before your time runs out. Because now I had to repurchase another study pack
