I'm so excited on this new journey. Real i have been thinking about for a while now, Ive taken the step of enrolling in the pre-license course and now ready for that day I can get that pass slip and be licensed.
At the time I purchased a CO electrical exam, I also purchased the same practice test package.
I never received the package, and when I logged in to my PSI account, it did not show the purchase.
I would like a refund!
It's been fine so far thank you. I think the shipping amount was a little high for the book but I guess I don't have a choice.

I spent close too $100 dollars on 3 pre tests and. 400 question study guide for Indiana eshnitition state boards I studied them all took all 3 tests and saw none and I mean NONE of the questions from the test or study quids on the state boards! I passed but only because of using quizlet study guides your products are just to make more money and I will say my class studied as a group so we used the psi study guide and they also had absolutely no questions from the study guides or tests on their state boards! Ver very disappointed in spending so much money trying to get help from the company who makes the test! Will not be recommending anything from this company except the fact we have no choice but to take state boards thru you.

Trying to pass my exam! This will be the third time for me taking the exam. I have came so close to passing and not sure why i havent passed it yet. I was literally 3 pts away. So this time around I better pass it. I have been studying so hard and ready to put this behind me

Practice tests did not reflect actual test questions. I took tests over and over again but a lot of the material was nothing like the actual test.

I just took my test and 95% of the practice questions i took 3 purchases from you were not on that residential limited test. I am going for limited building contractor but i think the residential tests were the wrong test to study or your questions are completely different than what the test is.
Not even close to what i was previously studying so i will see if these questions on this commercial test are more like the test i just took. Way more questions on metal and concrete than i was expecting
I ordered a practice test, It came in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, you would not refund me unless i paid 75 dollars more! That's a scam, i will be reporting this

Would be nice to have a notification that the previous test bundle purchased would expire within a certain time frame. But nonetheless, a very useful tool.
Expired - did not take the practice exam in time. I had difficulty finding the on-demand course offered through AONL to prepare for the certification. Then the practice exam site was on another site. It was a challenge if not accessing every day.

Web site has a lot of glitches, did not remember my log in information. Forgot password did not work. Practice exams do not give correct answers? How do you study like that?

The PSI testing platform was easy to navigate and the registration process was straightforward. The study materials and scheduling system were clear and organized, which made preparing for my exam simple and efficient
I pursued the study pack $69.96 and the 3 practice test $39.96, I had 7 days to study and the site had issues half the time making it difficult. When I went to take the exam not one of the questions on the exam were on the study guide or practice tests. This is unacceptable, not only was I not prepared but I feel my money was wasted.

I am just beginning to try to find help as I failed the test the first time but didn't do any practice tests. Lets see what happens now!
It took 6 months to order the service for the exam results. We reached out numerous times. Then were sent the same paperwork that we sent back in October. Very dissapointing

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
