I purchased the WA Real Estate Broker Practice Test (29.95) which states: "Basic practice tests are multiple-attempt practice tests ". I took the test multiple times but it was always the same test - no new questions. Definitely not worth 29.95 for one test.

The practice test were very helpful! I thought I did pretty well, what I thought I could do. I should do well on the actual test.
There were technical difficulties, my responses didn't interface and it looked like I scored a zero after 3 hours working on it. But the detailed answers were still a tremendous help.

I was trying to take a proctored exam and despite the pre-check working there was some issue that wouldn't let me take the exam with my laptop come time and I have yet to get any word about it after being told a case was going to be opened.

Having to create a second account to purchase practice tests is a hassle. It would be so much more user friendly to be able to use the same account i schedule and pay for exams.

It's helpful. I think the website is a little confusing to get around but I guess if you're used to it, it would be easier but I don't usually come on here and order things but I like it so far.
Kind of a confusing site. Seemed to be 2 National Salesperson bundles at exactly the same price. I assume i chose the best option.
I ordered a pdf social studies practice test. I never downloaded. I called customer service. The lady said that by her side was downloaded and there is nothing she can do to fix it. I never got it it show in my screen something went wrong do notnleat me download. I asked for her manager but never fix it. I called back nobody fixed the issues. I will never purchase anything from this online store. Waste or money.

Need to see how questions are worded on this practice test because The pass rate of students being able to pass My Lady comprehensive 14th edition test is 100 percent but then cannot pass at PSI test

Despite the recent issues with receiving our reports timely, we continue to support using PSI and move forward with renewal. PSI has been extremely valuable to us. The insights and data it provide are truly invaluable, and it continues to be an important tool for our company. While the service issues definitely need to be addressed directly with PSI, the value of the product itself remains very strong. We move forward with the renewal yet also ask for improved communication and responsiveness on their end.
Applying for exam was a quick process. I applied for my exam a month ago and it was super easy steps. Now applying for a practice test.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
