I faced lot of issues during my CKA exam because of PSI Secure Browser:
1. Copy Paste from reference allowed sites result in syntax disorientation. Practically it is impossible to use the reference templates using Firefox browser provided inside the PSI Secure Browser tool.
2. Questions window got disappeared automatically during my ongoing session and with PSI support it restored, which killed almost 20 mins of my exam time. Ticket also raised during my session with PSI.
3. Switching windows between terminal and firefox browser is impractical. I felt while using PSI secure browser.
4. PSI Secure Browser is no where close to a 2022 product, it resembles more aligned towards a 1990 product where basic computer tasks seems challenging.
I suggest if an offline center or any other alternate can be provided that will be much better. I want to go for this certification but do not want to go for the trauma I had using PSI secure browser. For my retake I no more wish to appear for PSI Secure Browser based exam.
Raised a ticket with Linux Foundation for the same. Let' see what is their take on this. Not sure if this tool was properly checked before making live for such certifications.

These folks are a scam. Taking a test in one state after finishing school in another, has cost me to fail 3 times. One of the times I didn't even take it. They aren't clear on what's needed to take the test or what's expected. I had to go to YouTube and figure it out myself and that still wasn't enough. I've been licensed for 5 years so I know what I'm doing. The practical is not even done how we are trained to do nails. I will be looking for a lawyer for the bad practices they PSI use! TRASH!

My initial exam was fine, although the available dates and times were not very helpful. Meaning that they were few and far between, and the only locations offering them were very far away from me. Several hours. Upon trying to get my license the location did not have staff available to do it, causing me to have to takeoff another day of work and drive several more hours the next day to get it done. They also were rude and would not give me any sort of letter to show to the state board that I had been there. I filed a complaint with their corporate office, it took nearly 2 weeks to get back to me and they were also very rude and completely useless. They would not take responsibility for their lack of staff nor try to help me in anyway. Terrible service all around in every way. Comcast level of rude and unhelpful, took forever to get a response, customer service numbers out of service, etc. a company that has completely stopped caring about customer service because they have a captive audience that do not have the option to go to another establishment, which is bad for everyone besides them. It's bad for both communities theyre established in and their "customers". At least where I am there are no other options whatsoever, which seems very monopolistic to me.

I have taking the GA real estate exam and fail 3 times, i purchase the psi national prep and also have to purchased another one for GA, because they administer the test for GA but they don't have a study one for the state part of the exam, another thing when you get to the test room they make you feel that you are entering a jail, you can't adjust the screen, you are sitting there for few hours with the mask, one of the times i was very concern because didn't understand why the test administer gave me the scratch paper with one number an mention few times the scratch paper has a number but your are going to sit in another compute, also the practice test and the test at the site are completely different, on the other side i have never encounter any problems with the customer service or tech support, i hope something can be done at the test site so you don't feel so tense. I did understand this going in that if you miss your test day you loose that you forfeit the test fee. But with today economy loosing $223.00 is hard to take. I think it should roll over and maybe cost you $20.00, not the full amount. That's taking food off the table, and taking advantage. Everytime someone ask about my experience with PSI it will be this, they will TAKE YOUR MONEY because thay can, no humanity, no, "we understand things can happen but this is what we can do". It's bad enough that if you have to reschedule it maybe a month or two later. That's bad enough.

If I could give 0* I would. Two weeks after taking and passing the MI Real Estate Exam and it still hasn't been reported to the state of MI(they stated it would be in 24-48 hours). I've called and asked for a manager 3 times and they have said none are available each time. They also keep asking when I'm scheduled to take the test even though I keep saying I've already passed it. The company as a whole is completely clueless.

I had to take two exams using PSI for my Insurance licenses. The tests weren't like anything I had studied prior to. Questions were very vague and worded in a way to confuse me and make me fail. Afterwards, they give you the sections you got wrong, but now which questions were, which makes it very difficult to try and learn from your mistakes. You can tell they make it hard, so you have to keep taking their tests and giving them your money. Honestly, it's a great scheme, and I guess I'm upset I didn't think of it earlier.

Ik took my esthetics board exam on May 20th and the test status shows "scheduled" even though I took it and passed. I called 7 times so far and every time they told me they would Escalade the matter but nothing is resolved still!

I went to take my exam and they canceled because they didn't have internet. No one call or send email about it. I have to take day off, pay for baby sitter and drive 44 miles. I call PSI and they just apologized. Apologies will not pay for my gas and baby sitter. They are the wors I home a take my test and don't have to deal with them never again. Shame on them

They kept me for 1 hour saying they are screening then another 30 min under live monitor without allowing me to take the test then they cut the connection when I said this is discrimination because I am a Muslim woman with Hijab. They didn't allow me to take the exam.

This was the most unpleasant experience ever on PSI. I have taken exams multiple times and I've never had an issue with the check-in. But this time they went above and beyond to make my process a living hell. I did check-in and I was told that I needed to resubmit certain things. Then proceed to the next screen to tell me that I need to show my desk area again and that everything that was on my left side needed to be moved. I have never been asked that before and I've taken this exam about two times online. Then I am told that I needed to do the whole process over and the proctor kept telling me its part of the protocol. When it has never been stated nor was it on the little guide thing shown before the exam that me that a desk that I am not sitting at to take an exam could be the reason for the exam not be released. Just crazy and they did not allow me to take the exam :).

When trying to take my online PSI exam for my Principal Broker license in OR, I could not log in with my credentials. Despite using my email to send me communication, they insisted that I could not log in with my email and the site did not recognize it. Long story but I showed up for my test all prepared, could not log in, and the customer service rep could not solve the problem so I did not end up taking my test. I asked for a refund for services not delivered, and they not only said they could not promise a refund ($75), but did not answer any of my customer service emails to help me reschedule an in person test. I purchased a practice test from them ($25) that promised that I could take the test multiple times. When I tried to take the test more than once, it looped me back into a payment gateway to pay again. So I only got to take one practice test. When no one would respond to my enquiry about the practice test or rescheduling of my Principal Broker test, I ended up having to go to my credit card company to cancel the payment. The reason that this company gets away with this kind of thing is because they are the only testing game in town. They don't have to provide even a modicum of customer service and they don't.

The whole draconian check-in process made me feel like one of these Victorian schoolchildren being terrorized by their teacher just before the exam.
I cannot move my lips or this will be considered cheating, can't yawn, can't put my hand over my mouth, can't this, can't that.

The whole check-in process took 30 minutes AFTER the start of the exam, and then the exam never got loaded on my screen. The proctor did not respond to my live chat messages.
When checking my phone, I got an email from PSI telling me that I have failed the test, although from my perspective it never started to begin with.
Upon checking the time that email was sent, it was sent when I was halfway through the check-in process!
Thank you, PSI, for wasting my time.

Today I drove to preview the testing site. Parking was poor. I went inside and immediately could tell the AC was not working. The person at the front desk did not seem to care about letting me tour the place. I was hopeful that maybe the actual testing room would be cooler temp. Unfortunately he was only willing to point to the thermostat next to us and gave me an irrelevant form to fill out. I went to my car to call PSI directly and while waiting in the car I was approached by a man asking for money. In the alleys there were people staggering as though on some sort of drugs. Not a good experience. PSI unable to help me by phone.

This "company" claims to be governed by the GREC, (HA!), they cannot even tell me what that stands for! I need to reschedule my exam, due to work. They say they do not have the authority to reschedule it, they want another $121.00! There needs to be another way of testing besides going through this "company".

I failed my daance test, I was eligible to send payment to reapply. I was told that money order was never received n they didn't let me to schedule the test. Supervisor Maria ID 6619 was extremely rude n hang up on me. I called again, same supervisor picked up n when I asked her why she hung up, she was even more rude.

This company is as bad as it gets. Horrible customer service. No one can help you or even know what they are doing in the first place. Everything that can go wrong will go wrong when you work with there testing sites. ALSO there are multiple sites so good luck on trying to log-in because that never works. DO BETTER PSI this is so terrible.

I am in day of trying to simply take an online test. They have no idea to provide this service. I don't understand what it is they do. Nobody in customer service or tech support was helpful. They just keep asking you your name and phone number over and over. Yesterday was 4 hrs on the phone with them and today was 2 hrs. I will be reporting them to the state thst hires them.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. The tech support took 3 hours to solve the issue but had the same issue while I was trying to start the exam again. I called to customer service to get my money back and to schedule with another exam center but the funny part they didn't give the refund instead they gave the voucher to take the exam with PSI again

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
