I sent my exam application to them in Sept 2020, I followed up many times. No response. Got an notification from them on Aug 23 2022 and told me I am eligible for exam now but the eligibility will be expired on Sept 20,2022. They recommended to me redo the 40 hours real estate course again and reapply for the exam eligibility again. That means I need to spend more money, more hours and going to wait for another 2 years. This is unacceptable. This business should be sued.

Use another company

The customer service is trash. I was rudely hung up on three times in one day. All I wanted was a refund because I was no longer taking the test. I hate this company.

NI CTD September 4 2022
September 4, 2022

This is the second time, disconnected 9 time 1st exam and quit. Call PSI and git credit. NI fails me when I didn't get to finish. Had to wait 20 days. Today second exam disconnected 15 times.

Not fair, I would be certified if I had a chance to work. Each disconnect eight hoops to go through.

Just found out the system test is lacking and will be upgraded. Tech Support said my 21Mb/s uplink is Not fast enough.

Review for the Linux foundation CKA certification:
Their system is a complete failure. After having spent 45 minutes trying to prove my identity over the web camera, the proctor could no longer see the web camera stream. Even though it was perfectly streaming from my end. I had to exit and reopen the browser. And they repeated the whole process of verification and scanning the room. And after all that they were unable to see the web cam stream again. I had to go through the whole process 5-6 times and spent more than 2 hours. One proctor asked me to disconnect the laptop I was using to write the exam. Oh my god that's hilarious. There were no other laptops in the desk. Just one. And they wanted me to remove that. Another proctor said I had unnecessary items on my desk. 4 proctors didnt say anything but one said I had unnecessary items- a bottle of water, some cables and a mouse pad. Not sure which item was unnecessary for their OCD proctors. Totally outrageous. Proctors lack common sense and im not even sure how they are even proctoring for IT certifications. What a bunch of jokers

The status of my exam
September 1, 2022

I have taken two exams through PSI. The first one I had no problems with. Tomorrow will be four weeks since I took my last exam in order to get my Dental Assistant license. I have worked extremely hard on passing all five board exams and a year of extreme schooling, to just for my last exam status never updated from scheduled. I pride myself on begin patient and understanding but after three weeks of calling, waiting, crying and talking to two mangers; the status changed from scheduled to absent. I have my testing results paper and luckily I took the exam at a testing center. I have called 14 times in three weeks trying to fix it. I have dealt with nice and absolutely rude people. I have been told that they will call me back or email me with an update but never got one. The status of my exam is the last thing I need for my license. It is truly heart breaking for all your hard work to be pointless because other people made mistakes and there is nothing you can do to fix it. I highly recommend trying your best to stay away from PSI.

I had the exam scheduled and PSI calls me to change the date due to PSI will have computer software updates. I change the date over the phone with them and asks them to email me new confirmation. She said she will. Never got it.
Receive another call from PSI Rep that they need to change the date again. I agree ti a new date and i asked to get a confirmation email with new date. The Rep said HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
On the date of the test I go to the test center that I originally requested with new date. Test center told me you don't have your name here. I called PSI and was I. The phone for 2 hours and 6 min. All they could say we can't do anything for you. We have to escalate this. I told them I'm here. You send an email with confirmation and I can get the exam done today. We can't send you that email and have to escalate this problem to be resolved. I said I m here. I paid $100 for Uber to get here and another $100 to go home and I have to come back another time. This is unprofessional, poor customer service and they don't give a damn about your time and your money. I have no idea why this company with such low customer service is being used when they provide such a low service. Worse company ever!

All i am going to say is this service is no good! Customer service is horrible, they do not care and all they did to me was transfer me to like 7 different departments and still nothing was solved. I felt like a tape recorder having to repeat myself over and over to these son of witches. Every time i clicked on launch it did nothing to start my test and i kept trying this 30 min prior and 45 min after test actually started. It took me like 10+ calls to finally get ahold of someone that was able to reschedule my test. Its sad USA would rather hire other countries to handle this instead of american people, im sure its cause usa do not wanna pay that much money so they hire these BOZOS from out of the usa willing to work for 5.00 an hour! I WISH I COULD RATE YALL AT NEGATIVE 0 BUT I CANT SO YOU GET 1 STAR CAUSE I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.

This company is APPALLING on how they do business! There is no customer service, you are told they will call you back to fix problem and pigs will fly before that happens! My login got messed up and i could not schedule my test for almost TWO months i was contacting them trying to resolve issue so i could schedule my test! Finally one of the service reps said out of all the inconvenience i went through maybe he could waive part of the fee and would call me back did he NO, then i talk to another rep ssme thing says they will call me back did they NO! Then i ask to talk to a supervisor she says she will listen to call footage and call me back did she her name is ESTELLA ex. 6799 did she call me back NO! I literally never write reviews spec bads ones because its not worth it to me but this company, im so sorry idk how they even are still a company at this point.

Last week, I took my CKA exam on this portal and it was a horrible experience. First off, the check-in process took more than 30 minutes after having to uninstall a number of applications on my system. Next, the documentation page needed for my exam was inaccessible on the Firefox browser within the Remote Desktop with '502 Bad Gateway'. The proctor asked me to call technical support in the middle of my exam to resolve this keeping in mind that this exam is time-critical and a minute wasted could be the difference between a pass and a fail. So I called the tech support on my phone with the permission of the proctor but was unable to contact them. Luckily a tech support person hopped on chat but while I was explaining the issue, my exam got terminated citing 'suspicious behaviour'. I don't know what I did or what they thought I did but now I am stuck because the support tickets raised asking the reason for this to both my exam sponsor and this site itself have not been actioned upon. Now I am in danger of having to lose a whole lot of money that I paid to take this exam as the expiration date is almost up.

Hopefully, I will be able to see the end of this nightmare soon but I don't know and going by the reviews here, I don't think their support is going to help either.

Least helpful company

Each time I call I end up being transferred to multiple people, each time going through a lengthy verification process. Almost none of my issues have been resolved. Very disappointed with this company.

A proctor kicked me out of my exam because I used a calculator and the use of calculators was ALLOWED! I couldn't even finish that question and I was pretty much done with the exam when I got kicked out. The proctor paused my screen during the exam for NO REASON during the exam, which was VERY DISTRACTING. The PSI Customer Service couldn't help me to reschedule despite my several attempts to contact them even though the exam provider APPROVED AND RESENT my eligibility requirements. I'm not a person who ever cheats on their exams - this was a very easy exam and that's why it is very frustrating - I'm out of words here, but the injustice I faced is beyond any words - I'm researching ways to submit a heavier complaint somewhere and perhaps to start a legal action - if all testers are facing similar situations, this MUST be addressed!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. They made the process of signing up to take the leasing exam so tedious. Over two weeks of going back and forth between the real estate school that verified my completed course work and PSI giving me the run around. Then when they finally received my info they never emailed me as promised. So I called and was charged for the test but I could not set an appointment. They were supposed to call me back the same day and never did. I called the next day; and the 1st time the lady on the phone took my name and proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes as I said hello over and over again. I called back and asked for a supervisor and the young man on the line hung up on me. They took my money and I still cant take the real estate exam. Terrible! They should be reported to the BBB. In fact that's what I'll do next.

I could not believe that State of Washington Real Esate agency using PSI service because this comany is the most fraudulent company that I ver experienced in my real estate career. I went the their website to reschedule and I did that. I would like to confirm that scheduling and not they could not find the information. But they charged my absent exam to my credit card. What a terrible company that i have to deal with.

This was such a waste of time and only cause my proctor wanted to be a stingy coward and waste my time. Im all nervous to finally take my test. I couldnt be on my desk because theres too many things "withinf my reach" which is how desks work but whatever. So I go on my bed and I have to throw my pillows off the bed cause thats considered cheating. So im hunched over against a wall and the laptops on my lap so i have to hunch my neck down toward the screen and then I look up to think of the questions and relieve the stress from my neck. The proctor tells me to go turn my phone off which is odd cause it hasnt rang and its also 15 ft away from where I was sitting. Then 5 min later my test randomly gets terminated without warming for "suspicous behavior" which is BS cause I couldve easily showed them around my room and proved that there was no way I was cheating. This is such a waste of time and money.

The absolute worst customer service. You need to send in your applications multiple times, and still get no where. I faxed it, emailed it, snail mailed it but it seems to go into a black hole. I call customer service which clearly is outsourced to another country and get nowhere. I've been promised it's been escalated twice and someone would call, but no one ever does. I had no problem 12 years ago when I applied for a license, but clearly they have gone down the tubes.

Waste if time
July 29, 2022

I was scheduled to take a online exam and spent 3 hours with support and multiple proctor trying to get the exam launched. The first they said they could not decipher what was a wall in the garage then when asked to reschedule at a site another proctor came on and said they can get me into the test this proctor has a issue with my computer desk because I have a black computer sitting on a black desk they could not tell what was my desk because it was black they sent me back to support for rescheduling and then in the middle of telling what was going on another proctor got on and said they to can get me to my exam. This proctor to had a problem deciphering what my computer was sitting on because it is black and requested me to move my desktop to another desk. Because all my equipment is professionally setup that was not an option for me so they again sent me to support to reschedule. They are really confusing it seems as if you are talking to robots when you are trying to get help. All in all it is probably better to go to a testing site then to use the online exam through them. They give you the run around because they don't want you to reschedule. After 3 hours of getting no where I finally gave up and requested the proctor reschedule my exam at a testing site. I've done everything that was asked of me and because I have black on black they can't tell what my computer is sitting on even after showing everything multiple times through a scan. I should not have to pay to reschedule my exam at a testing site as them not accepting my black desk is no fault of mine. And then to request someone to go buy another desk and try again is ridiculous. I will be expecting a resolution from this company and that should be rescheduling my exam for free.

PSI exams are rigged

Psi exams are rigged. 90% of the questions and answers are misleading and not even common knowledge required. I have been doing electrical work for over 20 years and am one of the highest rated, and respected electrical contractors in the area. I missed the exam by 1 point last time, and now I miss it by 20? This exam is designed to set people up for failure and it is an abhorrent disgrace to professional licensing. PSI should be dissolved for its lack of moral aptitude. The tests get even more ridiculous, harder, and completely pointless each year. The only thing holding me back is this $#*! "exam" full of useless information that isn't even applied in the real world.

This company is extremely difficult to work with, their customer service is Horrible and there is a large language barrier. The CSR (I ended up speaking with several) are very difficult to understand.
Be careful you register for the correct exam, if you make a mistake and call immediately afterwards, they will not transfer the payment to the correct exam and you have to wait at least 24 hours to call back and cancel the incorrect exam before you can reregister and repay for the correct exam. What a racket! Good luck if you have to deal with these scammers!

I cant believe NASM/AFAA partners with such a hack organization. They technical support is a joke reading off scripts and not providing any valuable solutions. This is by far the worst company and experience I have ever had working with a service provider. PSI needs to move his customer service dept from abroad and clean up before they go out of business.
