Waste of Time and Money
November 5, 2022

Every time I've had to retake or reschedule a proctored exam, I am always told I have a terrible connection after my check-in. Once I am told this, they end the session and I have to check in again, and they normally do this several times, and each and every time, I will check my connection and everything is fine. After checking in and I finally get in contact with the proctor, they then tell me that the connection is still bad and that I haven't responded to any of their live messages even though I have and they sent through. I have dealt with this on multiple occasions with PSI Exams and it's really frustrating. The proctor will leave a message stating they will end the session, and you don't get a refund for this.

Customer service is terrible long hold times the representatives answering the phones are foreign, and could barely understand I scheduled a test review. The proctor never showed up. I called Psi telling them the situation. They said they're going to open in investigation with their escalation team should take 5 to 6 business days. It's going on two weeks now I've called multiple times nobody has an answer. So they told me to re-pay the fee and reschedule, and once the investigation is done, I will be refunded which is a lie. Because they have a no refund policy which I paid for a service that I never got after looking at your reviews. It's clear your company is failing in leader ship and management positions

A bug in their secure browser prevented me from getting into my exam, and they refused to rollover my payment to a new date or refund my payment. Terrible customer service, called multiple days in a row and the person necessary to fix my problem was either in a meeting, or otherwise busy every time. Said they would call me back and didn't, eventually was told that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unacceptable Service

I registered to take the WV Brokers Exam and I purchased the Practice Test. I can not access the Practice test. Talked to a representative the other evening and he was no help at all. I cant believe our State relies on a company like this to handle our testing. Totally unacceptable

Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Spend 4 hours on the phone and the system always problems. This is ridiculous. Someone has to hear our concerns. Just started the test and system logged me out. Customer service have Philippine accent and they don't even understand English sometimes. So much miss understanding between them. Ridiculous service..

Hope will never have to deal with this company again. They are extremely disorganized, I have been on the phone for three and half hours and still no resolution. I scheduled for the real estate salesperson exam and they launched me the Instructors exam four times. Obviously, I kept failing the exam since the material I studied wasn't for an instructor. They had me delete the account and start all over and they couldn't why I needed to create a new account. After being bumped to six different representatives not a single person had any answers to my questions or an explanation as to what happened. They had me establish a new account, I don't know why. They didn't have any answers and now I'm scheduled to take the Salesperson exam for the fifth time hopefully, they will launch the correct exam. This is very frustrating I studied and prepped again and again and stressed me out, I'm eighteen years old. The English language they speak is very poor and you can not comprehend when they speak. PSI needs to shut down and be out of business ASAP.

Kicked me out of my test tried to tell me internet wasn't working even though it was everywhere else. Sat on the phone for two hours only for them to tell me they can't help and they have no managers. Worst company I've ever dealt with!

Horrible service and customer service

No consistency in the online testing and level of customer service from the online proctors. Extremely rude and many are very slow, would reccomend avoiding PSI if you can. Also called their phone customer service and similar poor experience.

Unbelievable
October 1, 2022

Been trying to access my account online, took the test and failed almost a month ago. Still my account page says. No activity, called spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep straightened out all my info, said I will receive a Email with my results in 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks later still waiting.

Worst experience EVER!
September 29, 2022

I will never want to use PSI again and don't recommend anyone. I literally felt like a criminal having me move everything checking everything, it took them 45 min to check my desk. The proctor was very rude and unprofessional! I got told to stop moving and to stay in the screen but yet I never even moved.
On top of that they terminated my exam right before I was done because someone opened the door, like I have control over a door opening. I now will fail my course because my exam must be completed by tomorrow and they require 24 hours before you can schedule again. They refuse to do anything for me. All that hard work l, studying for them to just click a button.
I hope this business goes down!

Worst Customer Service
September 22, 2022

Very upset with PSI. I have asked to speak to a manager several times and they refuse to connect with me. When I login to PSI online it states I failed and exam and the customer service rep said I passed. I've called and have spoken to 8 people today and no one can assist with resolving my issue. I have contacted the State of Michigan Licensing Department and they said they have had the same issue with other test takers. ALWAYS CALL AND DEMAND YOUR TEST RESULTS. ONLINE LOGIN IS NOT ACCURATE.

PSI Refund

I consistently have issues with this company. I had multiple technical issues and spent half the day both times reaching out for them to lie to me about resolutions regarding taking the test. Since they were aware of all the issues, I requested a refund which they approved both verbally and written. I have yet to receive that refund and have since escalated the issue. Any company that uses them, definitely bring it to their attention when you have issues because this seems to be reoccurring thing. I wouldn't have had an issue if they had upheld their statement on processing my refund.

I took the test to be certiied in insurance, everytime it was a problem, this time, I don't how, they found that my ID was not vald to take the test ( passport), they said it was not my name, but 2 times before it wasn't a problem, received bo help, I feel scammed and discriminated by this company

AWS Cloud Exam
September 20, 2022

I wrote AWS Cloud Practitioner this weekend and only during the check-in process, I was notified that my laptop (latest Windows Version) is not compatible to write the test. This process can definitely be approved.

PSI CA Casualty and Property Practice Exam WORTHLESS

Use the practice exams with Upwardboundtraining instead. PSI's were worthless. I got an "A" thanks to Upwardboundtraining. I have taken many, many online tests and this was the WORST one I have taken in 20 years. The questions on the PSI practice tests were poorly written, on fringe topics not on the exam, the site was hard to navigate, no educational link explaining why an answer was wrong, and some PSI practice test answers were outright wrong. They did not deliver the product they were contracted to deliver. They don't care, they have your money. They will not even give you a store credit, never mind a refund.

So if I pass the National portion of the WA state real estate brokers exam, but have to retake only the state portion, I should have to pay the whole amount of $210, even though when I Google the question all the sites I find say $138 and change for the state portion? This company is bull$#*! for this reason and all the other 1 star reviews you see here. PSI IS CRAP

Horrible online experience
September 12, 2022

The website, which always has issues, has all computer coding displayed in all of the cells so I have no idea what's what, and clicking on another link goes to blank pages. I called the "old" 800# to call to schedule an exam in NJ for Insurance and says I had to go online for a specific, new 855 #. I did, I called. The voicemail says pick 1 for Real Estate, 2 for Insurance. Didn't matter what I picked, the voicemail said THAT CHOICE IS INVALID for both options. I had to call the original 800# and randomly pick any test to get to a live human being. Beyond frustrating.

I drove 90 miles to Irvine yesterday to take the exam. Received an error message when ending the session, and subsequently learned others had the same problem. Staff had no clue whether anybody passed or failed, and had no interest other than taking everyone's phone number and locking the doors. So profoundly disappointing after months of study. After reading other's reviews I have every expectation I'll be forced to re-pay the $175 fee and retake the exam. How difficult is it to run a server with RAID failsafe? How difficult is it to provide a follow-up phone number? This is the problem with companies that get in bed with the government. They become the government.
