Terrible.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have the option, take your exams with literally anyone else. It has been 10 days since i've taken my real estate exam and still don't know if I passed. I've called every single day for the last 10 days and get told 24 hours every day. Ridiculous.

Bad site!

So in my first schedule exam nothing happened because so many bla bla so i reschedule it and then when i get to log in for my next exam it won't let me, i tried many times but nothing! So bad... very very very bad.

Broker Simulation Sample Examination

I don't have words to describe this web. I purchased the Broker Simulation Sample Examination and there were only 5 questions and ea were subdivided with other few questions and that's it.
They should ask for $25 donation and that way the buyer can't feel rip off. I also called customer service and when I asked about this test, the lady was so rude, it seemed that she really hate her job.
Unless you want to trash your money, Don't purchase these tests simulation.

Terrible experience!

I had a very bad experience with them when trying to get my exam to be launched and working. I had technical difficulties during the test. The proctor was not responsive to help and terminated the test when phone was taken to call technical support, the proctor terminated the test. There was no negotiation and I lost my chance of taking the test that day through no fault of my own.
Technical support and customer service were not helpful with this issue and the proctor was unable to be reached. I will not recommend taking an exam with PSI to anyone! I will also contact the BOC and let them know of my experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 7 straight days, over 20 hours with Customer support and still no closer to a resolution. The people on the customer support here will just ignore you and put you on mute until you hang up. They know literally nothing of use and can not actually help with any issues. If you take one review for truth, then let it be this one and do not use this place if you can. They are the EPITOME of terrible customer support and being absolutely disrepectful. The people who work here are truly awful people who do not care in the absolute slightest. I am absolutely shocked they are in business. Look around and see all the other reviews as well. Every single person has a terrible experience here and its because all the employees are rotten to the core.

The PSI exam software wants me to stop Hyper-V, and every time I do this it reboots my machine. I have a vanilla Windows 10 Professional installation. This is twice I've made the attempt to take an exam. I naively hoped on the second try that they would have fixed the issue, but it's exactly the same. A big frustration and a huge time waster.

Totally worthless

How is it that various industries have to go through this awful scheduling system? I have a hard time taking the Oregon Landscaping Board seriously when this is the system they make us use. Every time I call I get sent to someone who lives in another country and has no knowledge about how our tests work. Not to mentioned the tests they give us are outdated, unsustainable and the questions themselves are purposely confusing. Please shut this agency down.

I have taken Terraform Associate exam using PSI (With online proctor). My schedule exam was 7a.m.(12/18).
I logged in 6 a.m. Went through all rules and regulations. I had absolutely nothing on my desk except my laptop mouse and external monitor. Room was neat wall has no calendar or sticky notes. But I have book shelves on the left and right side of the walls.
I started my online self checkout from 6:30a.m onward. At 7 a.m proctor logged in and he started again to scan room. I had to scan all together 3 to 4 times. And he was asking me to remove book shelves. I can take pic of my book shelves on side sent to PSI. Books are in shelves are closed book I didn't understand why books shelves need to be removed. I removed few of them on Proctor request as I didn't want to upset myself. So my exam was not released until 7:38a.m. All my energy was drained out before taking exam. I passed exam. But if anyone has other way of taking exam please DO NOT USE PSI ONLINE EXAM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
Few things to note here:
When I am taking exam my eyes is on front monitor, how book shelves on side ( neatly arranged could affect any cheating etc)?
BTW the day I was taking exam I had several reaction of swallowing on my left hand side due to flu shot and no one allowed to come to your room as well. Was it necessary? I also want to know where is mentioned that room cannot have books on book shelves? Also self scanning I showed my wrist/ears/face and rooms all sides. Why 4 times scanning after self scanning? Is it too much torcher?

Couldn't write my exam
November 25, 2022

So I kept on getting a timeout error went through 4 verifications and everytime the exam loaded it timed out. I get told to call the US from South Africa, which I do then the lady helping me took 31 mins to locate me on the system. Pathetic service, I want my exam rescheduled or my money back!

Scam
November 25, 2022

I have taken 3 of 5 tests when ETS was doing the Hi-set tests and never had a single problem. Then it switched over to psi and I have paid for my last 2 tests literally 4 times and haven't gotten to take a test once threw them. I've called customer service and been bounced around being transferred given a God awful amounts of "ticket numbers", and no answers why this keeps happening to me and no one can seem to help me when I do finally speak to someone. If I could rate them with a 0 on here I would. So much for people trying to improve their lives when people like psi hold all the cards for you to take the tests and continue to take your money and not schedule your test or when you do get it scheduled your test won't launch at the testing center and they just keep making you pay for tests you can't take. They need to give the HiSet back to ETS!

Terrible!
I have got awful experience with them for my AWS Solution Architect Associate SA-C03 exam. The proctor keeps interrupting you during the exam.
First they inspected the entire room which is ok, but they didn't allow the bottle of water on the table and asked me to remove, then during the exam they said don't read the questions loud to which I agreed as well, then another warning came "don't mumble", and I had 8 questions left with 32min elapsed time when the last comment "don't whisper" came and made me completely mad because every time he kept interrupting me and distracting me from focusing the questions instead which finally drove me crazy and I shut the exam down without finishing it with 8 question unanswered. Result came 663 but I'm pretty sure I would have been able to answer and review some marked questions to collect the passing 720 score within 32 minutes.
I raised a ticket and complain on this issue, 4 weeks almost past nothing replied or any actions been taken since then.
Never go with PSI, do in-person instead!

Terrible service
November 20, 2022

Exam registered and paid for, but would not launch. I had run a compatibility check days prior and that morning, everything passed including internet speed. When trying to launch the webpage it said, connection to the site is not secure. Contacted tech support, they had no idea how to fix the problem and kept me on the phone for 3 hours trying the same basic trouble shooting methods over and over. I kept getting "disconnected" then when I called back routed to a different representative because the one I was working with was unavailable. Each time I had a new rep they continued to try the same things as the previous rep (all were things I had tried myself before even calling tech support.) One rep was still remotely connected to my desktop when the phone disconnected, I asked him on chat to call me back, he said he tried but he couldn't call me. I had someone call me at that point and my phone worked just fine. He said just to call back and talk with someone else. It was obvious they did not know what to do, so passed me on to the next person.

In the end, they told me they couldn't help me. They advised to contact my ISP and that I can try to call customer support to see if they will allow rescheduling. I contacted customer support, they said they would "escalate" my issue and and it would take 3-5 business days, but it was my fault so they couldn't reschedule. When I asked how it was my fault, I was told I should have had a wired connection instead of WiFi. When I pointed out this was nowhere in the confirmation emails, she said that was because "everyone knows that". I have taken proctored exams with my same set up through Pearson Vue with no issues.

The test window ends tomorrow. The customer service rep told me it was "my problem". They were condescending and completely unhelpful. I am livid, out $400, not able to complete a certification exam I need for my work and have no resolution from the company.

So let me get straight to it. Arrived to the exam 30 min early. Downloaded their secure browser. I then scanned in my license and then the room area like instructed. Takes about 2-3 minutes. Then it says wait to get verified to access the exam. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Nothing. I close out then log in again to see if that fixes the problem. DONT DO THAT. Every time you log out you have to do the whole id scan and room scan again. Its annoying. Long story short they never let me in the exam. I call customer service just to wait 1.5 hours for no one to pick up. I call the next day to reschedule to an actual test site and im told i have to pay again. Now im currently on hold with hopefully a manager and its been 30 minutes and they havnt clicked over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you must take the test in person.

What a bunch of garbage!
November 17, 2022

I signed up for nurse practitioner recert. I live in Michigan. It is NOVEMBER. I called and rescheduled DUE to SNOW STORM with 2 foot of snowfall predicted. The person I spoke to barely spoke english and was VERY rude when I asked her to repeat herself. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. They rescheduled my exam for 2 WEEKS AWAY. She said if I had to reschedule again, I would be charged the 350 test taking fee. The weather here is unpredictable. There should be NO charge if you are not RESCHEDULING due to convenience issues. Health care workers have unpredictable work schedules, some states have $#*!ty weather. I am reporting to the BBB, and I am filing a complaint with my national credentialing board to find a different center to take the test.!

This company is a joke! I called 8 times and emailed 4 times to have my test scheduled, NO RESPOND! They close my request without any respond! So frustrating to work with them on such simple thing! It has been 2 month, I still couldn't get my test scheduled or even just get a respond from them. It's ridiculous!

I would give LESS stars if possible

PSI is the worst online testing company that I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous, and their online test proctors are very disrespectful, unresponsive, and an absolute nightmare to deal with as well.

I was taking a exam for a life insurance certificate, and was 75% done with my test when I had to take an EMERGENCY bathroom break. I ASKED the proctor if I could please leave and use the restroom, to NO RESPONSE. So I left and used the restroom like a normal human being would have done, only to discover upon my return that restroom breaks are not allowed and my test had been TERMINATED. What a pain in the $#*! PSI has been trying to reschedule, (with no refund either). They should probably mention BEFORE YOU START THE TEST that bathroom breaks are not allowed!

Hope this review changes your mind about ever thinking to schedule an exam with PSI. JUST DONT

HORRID COMPANY

I paid for my exam through a phone operator. The exam did not show up under my online account. When I called to get it the woman that answered reassured me that it would be there the day of the test. When test day came along I called as soon as they opened. The tech guy told me to call 30 mins before my exam and they would open it. I called and the girl that answered told me I didn't have time to take it. When I told her I still had 30 mins before I needed to sign in she tried to get it to open again. But I had to give her my PASSWORD for her to see what was going on. She messed around doing god knows what for 30 more mins and still told me nope I can't get it to work so you can't take the test and I would have to pay 170 AGAIN. I was like uhhhh NOPE. I had been trying to fix the issues all week so then she rescheduled me weeks out so they have time to fix whatever BS is going on qith THEIR website. ALSO, they barely spoke English for crap so I had to ask what 300 times which is annoying when you're already irritated! The tech guys are the only part of this company that isn't completely useless...however, still paid and still no test! I'm so pissed I can't take my test somewhere else I am FORCED TO USED THIS JOKE COMPANY

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am highly disappointed with this product! The customer service representative had a very superior and sarcastic attitude whenever I explained what I was looking for in the type of testing and help I thought I was to receive. He basically let me know that although the actually test had 100 questions, they repeat and mix in about 55 questions. ( You can memorize these but what about the 100's of potential test questions?) There are no challenges or sections to say, "Hey, you need to review XYZ, or here is a guide/ explanation on what you got wrong or why." It would be better just to go to the State Board website, download the Candidate Information Bulletin - (Per your test, cos, barber, esti, etcetera), and then study with a friend or Quizlet. The questions are in the Lessen Challenges for every module. It free and cost nothing but time.
I suggested to the representative to have more options and he was pretty dismissive. Basically letting me know that you will not get your money back. I'm a sucker and like a lollipop I got licked, (LOL)...

I had scheduled (CKAD) exam on PSI online. After spending 3 hours and many call to its support no I could not able give the exam. PSI browser screen is very unstable, some time it not able to capture audio some time screen freeze and many time its Camera freeze. And worst part every time you need to open the PSI browser it took 10 minute and start the identity verification very frustrating. Its that much frustrating that literally I cried due to frustration. I lost my whole day and loose my preparation.
Finally raised the ticket and ask to reschedule the exam late see. What will happen.
Will advise please don take any exam on PSI you will definitely going to kill your time.
I tried 2 laptop and PC even though I was not able to lunch the exam.
