I had my exam "GitHub Advance Security " at 12:00 PM EST on Saturday 31st Dec time. I already downloaded my PSI secure browser prior to the exam and tested my computer too. Everything was fine. I launched my test at 11:30 AM EST and took the photo with my govt ID. After that, I waited and waited and waited and waited centuries for the Mr. Proctor to come and conduct my exam, but I think it was only me and my computer only; there was no Mr. Proctor at all. I kept on seeing this message for 1 hour:
"Your proctor is verifying your identity and preparing the exam. This may take up to 15 minutes. We appreciate your patience!" I lost all my patience but tried to give it one more chance. I relaunched the PSI so-called secure browser and guess what, I waited for 70 more minutes to wait for the Mr. Proctor. I am seriously fed-up with this PSI thing and I don't think they have a reliable online exam proctoring system. I am completely annoyed and frustrated as to how Microsoft collaborated with PSI to conduct their exams.
I want my money back or at least reschedule the exam to any other date. Otherwise, I would surely report to GitHub Team and lodge a complaint against PSI.

This site is absolutely horrible! After spending a half an hour "scanning my exam space" I spent another 15 minutes waiting for my testing area to be approved. I then had to restart the whole entire process for whatever reason. I rescanned the whole room only to be told by the proctor it wasn't "good views" and had to scan the room with my laptop A THIRD TIME. By the time you actually get to the exam your extremely aggravated. Halfway through the exam I received a "warning" because "my eyes had left the computer screen and I was looking somewhere other than the screen " bull$#*!. I looked at the screen the entire time, not to mention you scanned my room 4 times! What the hell else can I be looking at!? The questions barely related to the certification I was testing for. All in all I will never, ever use this site again and I will do anything I possibly can to prevent others from using it as well.
I was in tears before I even started the exam.
The proctors are useless/rude and can't even answer any inquiries you have.
Find a different testing site because I promise you, you'll want to throw the flag in before you even read the first question of your exam.

I've invalid credentials and I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and they said it will be fixed in 5 business days by itself and I've been waiting 3 weeks and no one gets back to me, I called again it takes them 30 minutes to get to ask me questions and then transferred me to credentials support and I stayed on the line for almost 20 minutes to ending up asking me to leave my name and my number and they will get back to me and here we are 2 days passed after my last call and again no one gives a damn to call me back, terrible company.

Had an online exam and I couldn't get in, their customer service was closed and no one in the chat answered. So I had to reschedule the exam and pay for it again. Called about getting a refund for the first exam told me they'd start an investigation and call me back, 3 weeks later haven't heard anything. Called again the guy had no idea what I was talking about and put me on hold then hung up. Called again the next day and was on hold for 50 mins on a Tuesday night. Didn't get through before they closed so just hung up. Still trying, hopefully I get my refund one of these days. Every other time I have called as well I've been on hold for absurd amounts of time, ranging anywhere from 30mins-2hours.

I am a teacher who has used the online HiSet system with my adult education students. Since converting to PSI (instead of Proctor U), my students have had nothing but trouble gaining online entrance to their tests. The proctors do not actually speak with the students, but rather communicate through the chat box. They have denied access to tests due to small discrepancies in names on ID's and asked us to call Customer Service. HOWEVER, the customer service department is closed for test takers who are taking their tests late in the day. When calling back the next morning, I was "transferred" no less than 6 times to the "HiSet Department" to correct the name issue and reschedule the test. I was stuck in a loop with the Customer Service Department, and no one could help me. When I asked for a direct number and extension, I was given one, which I called, and then was told that the system was experiencing difficulty and I needed to call back in two hours.
This system is not user friendly, and adds undue stress and anxiety to test takers. Their customer service is worse than poor and extremely frustrating. Based on other reviews, I don't feel like this one will help solve any problems. But hopefully it will help HiSet test takers seek other options rather than online. My students will not be using the online option again based on the service they have received.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have the option, take your exams with literally anyone else. It has been 10 days since i've taken my real estate exam and still don't know if I passed. I've called every single day for the last 10 days and get told 24 hours every day. Ridiculous.

I don't have words to describe this web. I purchased the Broker Simulation Sample Examination and there were only 5 questions and ea were subdivided with other few questions and that's it.
They should ask for $25 donation and that way the buyer can't feel rip off. I also called customer service and when I asked about this test, the lady was so rude, it seemed that she really hate her job.
Unless you want to trash your money, Don't purchase these tests simulation.

I had a very bad experience with them when trying to get my exam to be launched and working. I had technical difficulties during the test. The proctor was not responsive to help and terminated the test when phone was taken to call technical support, the proctor terminated the test. There was no negotiation and I lost my chance of taking the test that day through no fault of my own.
Technical support and customer service were not helpful with this issue and the proctor was unable to be reached. I will not recommend taking an exam with PSI to anyone! I will also contact the BOC and let them know of my experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 7 straight days, over 20 hours with Customer support and still no closer to a resolution. The people on the customer support here will just ignore you and put you on mute until you hang up. They know literally nothing of use and can not actually help with any issues. If you take one review for truth, then let it be this one and do not use this place if you can. They are the EPITOME of terrible customer support and being absolutely disrepectful. The people who work here are truly awful people who do not care in the absolute slightest. I am absolutely shocked they are in business. Look around and see all the other reviews as well. Every single person has a terrible experience here and its because all the employees are rotten to the core.

The PSI exam software wants me to stop Hyper-V, and every time I do this it reboots my machine. I have a vanilla Windows 10 Professional installation. This is twice I've made the attempt to take an exam. I naively hoped on the second try that they would have fixed the issue, but it's exactly the same. A big frustration and a huge time waster.

How is it that various industries have to go through this awful scheduling system? I have a hard time taking the Oregon Landscaping Board seriously when this is the system they make us use. Every time I call I get sent to someone who lives in another country and has no knowledge about how our tests work. Not to mentioned the tests they give us are outdated, unsustainable and the questions themselves are purposely confusing. Please shut this agency down.

I have taken Terraform Associate exam using PSI (With online proctor). My schedule exam was 7a.m.(12/18).
I logged in 6 a.m. Went through all rules and regulations. I had absolutely nothing on my desk except my laptop mouse and external monitor. Room was neat wall has no calendar or sticky notes. But I have book shelves on the left and right side of the walls.
I started my online self checkout from 6:30a.m onward. At 7 a.m proctor logged in and he started again to scan room. I had to scan all together 3 to 4 times. And he was asking me to remove book shelves. I can take pic of my book shelves on side sent to PSI. Books are in shelves are closed book I didn't understand why books shelves need to be removed. I removed few of them on Proctor request as I didn't want to upset myself. So my exam was not released until 7:38a.m. All my energy was drained out before taking exam. I passed exam. But if anyone has other way of taking exam please DO NOT USE PSI ONLINE EXAM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

When I am taking exam my eyes is on front monitor, how book shelves on side ( neatly arranged could affect any cheating etc)?
BTW the day I was taking exam I had several reaction of swallowing on my left hand side due to flu shot and no one allowed to come to your room as well. Was it necessary? I also want to know where is mentioned that room cannot have books on book shelves? Also self scanning I showed my wrist/ears/face and rooms all sides. Why 4 times scanning after self scanning? Is it too much torcher?

So I kept on getting a timeout error went through 4 verifications and everytime the exam loaded it timed out. I get told to call the US from South Africa, which I do then the lady helping me took 31 mins to locate me on the system. Pathetic service, I want my exam rescheduled or my money back!

I have taken 3 of 5 tests when ETS was doing the Hi-set tests and never had a single problem. Then it switched over to psi and I have paid for my last 2 tests literally 4 times and haven't gotten to take a test once threw them. I've called customer service and been bounced around being transferred given a God awful amounts of "ticket numbers", and no answers why this keeps happening to me and no one can seem to help me when I do finally speak to someone. If I could rate them with a 0 on here I would. So much for people trying to improve their lives when people like psi hold all the cards for you to take the tests and continue to take your money and not schedule your test or when you do get it scheduled your test won't launch at the testing center and they just keep making you pay for tests you can't take. They need to give the HiSet back to ETS!

I have got awful experience with them for my AWS Solution Architect Associate SA-C03 exam. The proctor keeps interrupting you during the exam.
First they inspected the entire room which is ok, but they didn't allow the bottle of water on the table and asked me to remove, then during the exam they said don't read the questions loud to which I agreed as well, then another warning came "don't mumble", and I had 8 questions left with 32min elapsed time when the last comment "don't whisper" came and made me completely mad because every time he kept interrupting me and distracting me from focusing the questions instead which finally drove me crazy and I shut the exam down without finishing it with 8 question unanswered. Result came 663 but I'm pretty sure I would have been able to answer and review some marked questions to collect the passing 720 score within 32 minutes.
I raised a ticket and complain on this issue, 4 weeks almost past nothing replied or any actions been taken since then.
Never go with PSI, do in-person instead!

Exam registered and paid for, but would not launch. I had run a compatibility check days prior and that morning, everything passed including internet speed. When trying to launch the webpage it said, connection to the site is not secure. Contacted tech support, they had no idea how to fix the problem and kept me on the phone for 3 hours trying the same basic trouble shooting methods over and over. I kept getting "disconnected" then when I called back routed to a different representative because the one I was working with was unavailable. Each time I had a new rep they continued to try the same things as the previous rep (all were things I had tried myself before even calling tech support.) One rep was still remotely connected to my desktop when the phone disconnected, I asked him on chat to call me back, he said he tried but he couldn't call me. I had someone call me at that point and my phone worked just fine. He said just to call back and talk with someone else. It was obvious they did not know what to do, so passed me on to the next person.
In the end, they told me they couldn't help me. They advised to contact my ISP and that I can try to call customer support to see if they will allow rescheduling. I contacted customer support, they said they would "escalate" my issue and and it would take 3-5 business days, but it was my fault so they couldn't reschedule. When I asked how it was my fault, I was told I should have had a wired connection instead of WiFi. When I pointed out this was nowhere in the confirmation emails, she said that was because "everyone knows that". I have taken proctored exams with my same set up through Pearson Vue with no issues.
The test window ends tomorrow. The customer service rep told me it was "my problem". They were condescending and completely unhelpful. I am livid, out $400, not able to complete a certification exam I need for my work and have no resolution from the company.

So let me get straight to it. Arrived to the exam 30 min early. Downloaded their secure browser. I then scanned in my license and then the room area like instructed. Takes about 2-3 minutes. Then it says wait to get verified to access the exam. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Nothing. I close out then log in again to see if that fixes the problem. DONT DO THAT. Every time you log out you have to do the whole id scan and room scan again. Its annoying. Long story short they never let me in the exam. I call customer service just to wait 1.5 hours for no one to pick up. I call the next day to reschedule to an actual test site and im told i have to pay again. Now im currently on hold with hopefully a manager and its been 30 minutes and they havnt clicked over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you must take the test in person.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
