This should have been a simple task of signing in and taking the practice test. Instead and to the contrary, after multiple back-and-forth, I was never able to login to take the practice test. I am Still waiting for my credit for the purchased item

I thought the practice tests were plural. There is actually only 30 questions represented in a 25 question format. I was still prepared though, and I passed.

Still haven't received my order
I've sent multiple messages and haven't gotten any response or updates
PSI coordinated and made a follow up regarding customers order.
I am extremely disappointed in PSI about my test score report. After passing the Indiana Real Estate Broker's Exam on January 21,2023, I have waited 16 days and I haven't received my score report. I have spoken with not a few CS representatives and they did nothing. A particular CS rep said she will make an order for the score report of both State and National parts of the exam because I have not received any of the two and that I will get it in the email on Thursday Jan 26,2023 but it never came. On January 31,2023, Ruth Edwardson who is supposed to be a supervisor of score report unit cannot tell me when I will get my Score Sheet after eleven days of waiting. She told me very coldly that there is nothing she can do. Every CS representative I spoke with all verified my email address, telephone number, candidate ID number, date that I sat for the exam, etc every time I called but they did nothing. And because I don't have the result score sheet, I cannot apply for my brokers' License and thereby losing deals. This is really very sad and simply means PSI is unreliable. Stay away from PSI. They are completely useless.
PSI have already sent the score report to the testing candidate's provided email address. It was also mailed out on 2/7/2023.
The exam I was not able to launch due to some tec issues, they said they wanted to look into it for 5 days and get back to me so I could my money back, I couldnt waited that long so just reschedule for another day. The second exam I was able to get in there, someone was checking my ID, desk, wall, celling, floor, phone, hands for more than one hour because they couldnt capture a clear picture, I had to show my ID for 7 times for the camera. I lost patient and finished it, simply wanted to take the exam on the site. I called customer service with 2 ticket numbers, after waiting on the line over 2 hours, 3 attempts, there was this rude lady telling me you not gonna get your money back. When I asked speak to someone else, she said ok then hung up on me.
DO NOT USE THEM!

This is the second time I've had problems with you guys. The customer service is absolute dog $#*!, not one single person that speaks proper English. They are no help. You guys told me I was not allowed to take my test yesterday because my room was too dark (not my fault) and now yall won't reschedule it. If I do NOT get my money back, I WILL get the law involved and I will have you guys SHUT DOWN. I have had enough. I promise, the LAW will be involved.

These people have to scam me and not explain why they got into my credit card. Now they won't give me my Hiset test that already passes till I give up $3,000 to these people. I am a single parent on a fixed income. I have never used the store. So beware of these racial people!They are very hateful

Furthermore, if you took a paper based exam, PSI is experiencing delays with scoring and score report generation for paper-based tests since October 3rd. Absolutely horrible, Absolutely frustrating, after taking the test back in November "reading exam" I still haven't received my results. I contacted PSI/Hiset multiple times about this situation. There customer support line is an absolute waste of time. Long holds with no help SAME AWNSER let me escalate the problem I have escalated this on going issue multiple times with no reply, after just under 3 months hoping to have these results I truly believe this is a scam. After talking to someone today they said this is an on going issue she said it like it was supposed to make me feel better. I believe they send your calls to a 3rd party an they can absolutely care less about your situation. Save yourself the frustration an further yourself with another testgiver

The proctors for the exams are in no way helpful. After completing most of my exam, I was disconnected from the application. When I was back up and running, the proctor would not let me continue with my exam because "I wasn't the same person, and I needed to be in a different area", as I had not moved spots or changed my appearance in any way. It took me from 10AM-4PM to finally submit my test that was only supposed to take 2 hours AT MOST.

I've attempted to contact customer support for almost a month. I never receive a straight answer and I am constantly told someone will get back to me. I reached out to the company's president and she assured me someone would be in touch soon. That was a week ago. I don't understand how a company can function and continue to remain in business under these circumstances.

I had my exam "GitHub Advance Security " at 12:00 PM EST on Saturday 31st Dec time. I already downloaded my PSI secure browser prior to the exam and tested my computer too. Everything was fine. I launched my test at 11:30 AM EST and took the photo with my govt ID. After that, I waited and waited and waited and waited centuries for the Mr. Proctor to come and conduct my exam, but I think it was only me and my computer only; there was no Mr. Proctor at all. I kept on seeing this message for 1 hour:
"Your proctor is verifying your identity and preparing the exam. This may take up to 15 minutes. We appreciate your patience!" I lost all my patience but tried to give it one more chance. I relaunched the PSI so-called secure browser and guess what, I waited for 70 more minutes to wait for the Mr. Proctor. I am seriously fed-up with this PSI thing and I don't think they have a reliable online exam proctoring system. I am completely annoyed and frustrated as to how Microsoft collaborated with PSI to conduct their exams.
I want my money back or at least reschedule the exam to any other date. Otherwise, I would surely report to GitHub Team and lodge a complaint against PSI.

This site is absolutely horrible! After spending a half an hour "scanning my exam space" I spent another 15 minutes waiting for my testing area to be approved. I then had to restart the whole entire process for whatever reason. I rescanned the whole room only to be told by the proctor it wasn't "good views" and had to scan the room with my laptop A THIRD TIME. By the time you actually get to the exam your extremely aggravated. Halfway through the exam I received a "warning" because "my eyes had left the computer screen and I was looking somewhere other than the screen " bull$#*!. I looked at the screen the entire time, not to mention you scanned my room 4 times! What the hell else can I be looking at!? The questions barely related to the certification I was testing for. All in all I will never, ever use this site again and I will do anything I possibly can to prevent others from using it as well.
I was in tears before I even started the exam.
The proctors are useless/rude and can't even answer any inquiries you have.
Find a different testing site because I promise you, you'll want to throw the flag in before you even read the first question of your exam.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
