This company is absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to schedule my examination for the last WEEK! My 120-day license is expiring and I have a strict deadline to take this test. The customer service people have absolutely no idea what is going on. I have been calling back and forth for the last 5 days and have gotten no resolution to the issue. Was told today to wait an additional 3-5 business days to POSSIBLY have the issue resolved. I AM ON A TIME CRUNCH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. DO BETTER.

This is an outsourced company with no ability to think. Could be run better by trained monkeys. Be prepared to wait on hold forever only to talk to a robot with no critical thinking skills. To be fair, PSI probably encourages this. You will be disgusted with the treatment you receive.

I been having so much issues trying to schedule my exam since the middle of December. The website didn't showed any available times on the site that I wanted to take my test even though the site said they did had openings!
Then when I finally was able to schedule my exam for a weekend I got a called that I need to reschedule. So I did and yesterday I been trying to get a hold of the to reschedule my exam I been in hold for at lease 2 hours. I called this morning again is the same! Is been really disappointed and frustrating!

I am a 20 year old trying to pay for college through real estate. I have spent over $1,500 trying to take a post licensing exam for real estate through PSI. They told me that my MacBook was the issue so I bought a different computer. That computer was also an issue, so I bought another one. Then I was told that I needed a computer that could operate windows, so I bought a computer that could operate windows. Then that computer did not work. Turns out they had not written the file for my exam. I have spent over 50 hours in call waiting rooms over the past 3 months, only to be hung up on. The only time that I received a response was when I had the head of the Real Estate Commission reach out on my behalf. $25 each time to try and take the exam (no refunds), unreasonable proctoring hours (3:00 in the morning), and a jumble of phone numbers that never actually connect to a person. My license has now lapsed, and I have to begin the process again thanks to PSI. You have to give yourself about 5 months of back and forth with PSI if you have a deadline. PSI proctoring is now up for review by my state thanks to the very helpful people at the commission, and will likely be dismissed as a suitable proctoring service for all state certification exams. I will be relaying my experience at the review and intend to see this awful excuse of a company banned from practice in my state.

I had canceled my scheduled test for da-100. Instead of getting a refund, These people deducted more money from my account, then they emailed me that you have got the refund. When I called the support the lady told me they are no longer associated with Microsoft. I am unemployed right now... and got robbed of my precious savings. What an awful day!

They ARE A SCAM. They wasted 2 HOURS of mine trying to repair their rubbish app and then they said their team could not fix it! THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

The absolute worst customer service. Can never get them to answer your questions or get anything resolved with them. They will hang up on you and be rude no matter how patient or polite you are. I can't believe agencies and academies actually use this crapshoot testing company for their testing.

My exam was booked for 12:30, at 12:00 I launched my exam and went through the security screening, the screen then froze and I waited 40 minutes before calling PSI Customer service. Their recommendation was that I restart my computer. I did this and the same thing happened again so I had to call back. Went through all the security again etc then got an error message so called again (each time I'm being given a different ticket reference) after half an hour of being on the phone I get cut off and nobody called me back so I rang AGAIN and they couldn't offer any other solutions, by this time it was gone 2pm. Then after another half an hour of being on the phone I get cut off again. Tried one more time to get on but at this time I was in tears and so frustrated… safe to say it wouldn't work and just kept crashing so I've now missed my exam that I'd built myself up for 3 months to take

Almost unusable
December 20, 2021

This is a report of one of many hopeless experiences typical of Psionline.
Security on my work computer prevents Psionline working.
After switching to my personal computer, I spent one hour with a technical support agent who spoke poor English and made a variety of guesses about what to do, such as switch off my anti-virus program, which was completely unnecessary. Asked me to install a remote admin app which was extremely slow. He blamed my Internet connection which I then tested: 150Mb/sec. The PSI Secure Browser won't start because of other running apps which its Close Applications button fails to close. Closing them individually in Task Manager takes so long that the PSI Secure Browser closes automatically and then opens Chrome which relaunches all the apps which I have been closing. Some apps, including PSI's remote admin app, have to be uninstalled to overcome this problem.
15 minute wait to link to a proctor. Just before the exam starts over an hour since I started, the screen announces that I have 120 minutes. It's a 150 minute exam as confirmed in PSI's booking emails to me. Another 20 minutes talking to customer services. Put through to another department. On hold for 10 minutes. Long conversation. Promised to sort it ot within 3 hours (oh yeah!) but that I will probably have to take the exam tomorrow. And start this cretinous process all over again.

After finishing two online tests with psi, (not an easy task considering how poorly made the software is) on my 3rd test the reference materials button in the software was missing. The test can not be finished without this reference material. I talked to the proctor and tech support but neither could fix the problem. I tried rescheduling to take the test in person at a testing center but neither tech support nor customer service could help with that. They only tell me to wait several days and someone should call me back. If you google "psi exam online problem" you will see hundreds of people told the same thing waiting indefinitely and no one ever gets called back. My job depends on finishing this test soon, I can't wait. I don't know what to do because no matter what number for PSI I call, no one can help.

Scammers!

They will change your schedule date and have you pay them again claiming you forfeited your test! FRADULENT! Good luck getting anyone in the phone and once someone answers they are very unconcerned as they may be use to ripping off customers! GET YOUR RECEIPTS! Ms. YoShonda, names speaks for itself (very unprofessional).

Schedule exam went to a PSI location near and the actual test day was fine. After, is where everything went left. The gentleman at the PSI location stated I'd would receive my score in 72 hours, lies. Time elapse and still this day 7 and no score. ATI stated PSI is having an issue sending the file over to ATI. Per, the representative "oh this happens like 4 times a year". Ridiculous to pay for an exam, take the exam and still no one seems to help. Everyone tells you what they think you want to hear to get you off the line and definitely don't think they will return any of your calls. I am at a lost when I am needing to apply to schools with no score to even determine if I qualify to even apply to the schools. My score report is a cloud floating and PSI nor ATI have a clue to fix it. Like really, this my life.

Horrible customer service

When you call these people you will encounter the most laziest and incompetent workers ever! I It is not just one it is all of them. They tell you what you want to hear just so you can get off the phone and you can tell that they do not care. I asked for a supervisor and the woman hung the phone up on me. Avoid calling them, better yet, avoid testing with this company at all cost!

I cannot stress how unprofessional, pathetic, and waste of time the PSI is. I am never so polar in my words, but I'm so frustrated after taking the online proctored test. The proctor said they cannot see my screen but my screen was being shared and camera was on. When I called the customer service, someone responded after 30 minutes and after I explained this "issue" of screen not visible to the proctor, they hung up? I had to call again only to wait for another 30 minutes and the person on call made me install a remote control app so they can control my computer and go to my settings and do something to fix the "issue" of computer screen not visible to the proctor. It took 1.5 hours during my appointment scheduled time. Once the proctor was able to see my screen, they took another 30 minutes for the room check process! It is unbelievable and crazy how they ask you to move the things like water bottle and ID card away even when the are at a reasonable distance from the desk. I have a huge study table with many layers of book shelfs and multiple drawers and the proctor asked me to empty and clear the entire huge desk. It is impossible! At this point I was already over 2 hours from the scheduled test time and totally exhausted to be able to take the test. And when I finally cleared the desk, the proctor asked me to force quit all the apps and windows but did not tell me to "unselect" google chrome (I had never done it before) so it quit the google chrome and I was out of the testing website. It was the worst day of my life. I had to reschedule the test, and the second time too it took 45 minutes minutes to do the just the room check before I can take the test. I was already exhausted before beginning the test. During the test, they expect us to behave like robots and not move our hand or face around (impossible!), no drinking water for the 3 hours test? I felt so dizzy by the end of test. Their senseless policies need to change or the company should close off, or at least the institutions should stop partnering with them. It is really frustrating!

Taking my exam through PSI was a NIGHTMARE! The system is extremely flawed, doesn't always work, and there is not support available without a long wait. They don't provide a phone number or email, only an online form that asks for information you may or may not have so you can contact them. I finally got into my test 45 minutes late. Because of the stress involved in just getting on, I did not do well. Additionally, there was a survey and an affidavit I was supposed to complete and sign but the proctor signed me out, or I was somehow automatically signed out somehow, and I was not able to complete. Now I don't know if my test was submitted or if I will get my certificate.

I'm so upset. I had an exam yesterday, the proctor never showed up. I couldn't log into my account, and PSI customer service were closed yesterday so I couldn't reach anyone. Why were they closed yesterday, it wasn't a holiday. Today I tried to speak to a supervisor and every representative said they would transfer me to a supervisor and it went to voicemail every time, I called for a 4th time and then she said there may not be any supervisors working today? Why wouldn't there be a supervisor working today? These people do not care about their customer service and communication as a business. Absolutely horrible.
