There has got to be another way to schedule an exam, no one can understand what I'm saying, they take your money but when something happens to the point you can't take the exam, there's NO REFUND or NO RESCHEDULE from the money you paid on a test you never got a chance to take…Absolutely, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service!
I pass my real estate National exam on November 9th. Since that day I have been trying to schedule to take the State portion exam and the representative are telling me that my page has an error and have been escalated. Is been one week already and my page still with an error and I haven't been able to take my exam. Really don't understand what is happening. All I know this is a terrible customer service.

This horrible website is just dog water when it comes to scheduling tests for certain states. There is no help for you and they just say figure it out with horrible tabs and a poor system. I hate them and with this company to fail.

Booked the exam at an exam center to avoid all the issues of taking exam at home. After 1.30 hours they cannot download my exam session. The support guy at PSI is absolutely useless. Never use psi try other services if possible!

I'm scheduled to take my LSAT on the 14th, and my writing portion today. I tried to launch PSI Secure Browser for nearly 2 hours yesterday to practice (like they requested I do before the essay) and it just kept me on the loading screen. No updates…no status bar…just waiting for over an hour. I shrugged and thought I'd try again today but I woke up to PSI secure browser using up 99% of my memory (I have 32gb memory) with my computer stuttering and moving at single frames every few seconds. I don't know why I paid $200 to take the LSAT when they use the most broke, busted programs to take them. You would think they wouldn't cut corners this hard, but judging by all the similar reviews it seems like it's a common trend.

If you can convince your program or organization to avoid PSI, I highly recommend doing so. They have no customer support, horrible interfaces, and take several weeks to perform simple reviews on single submissions. If you want your students or colleagues to be out of the job because of dealys, then this is the provider for you.

The ONLY reason I failed my test was because of this company not having their $#*! together….
Took the at home test and wouldn't let me log in. Called customer support and waited 2+ hours before somebody answered the phone to tell me they can't hear me and hung up.
On the phone on hold and my test started an hour ago.
As somebody that is preparing to take a test this process should be easy. It's nothing but easy and it's ridiculous..

A joke of an organization. Experienced technical difficulties and could not get in touch with customer service because the line kept disconnecting. I was prepared and eager to take a test and then couldn't because of their faults. I had to pay to take the test again and had to wait 3 days later. I get that the time slots were booked but they should have made it right since it was their fault. Spent over an hour on customer service to accomplish nothing.

PSI is absolutely pathetic. They knowingly and willingly allow test questions that were obviously written by someone completely ignorant on the subject in questions. You can literally PROVE the test wrong and they still don't care. They want people to fail and continue to collect money every time a person re tests I'm contacting the AZ registrar or contractors to inform them of this. Will also speak to a lawyer since I have heard of hundreds of other contractors lose wages because of these tests and not being able to pass due to stupid test questions. This is fraud and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I scheduled JSNSD (https://trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org/learn/course/openjs-nodejs-services-developer-jsnsd) exam with PSI online. Unfortunately it is the only platform when I can take JSNSD exam. I hope in future OpenJS changes their exam provider service. My experience was terrible
First Attempt:
* Exam failed to load. After couple of retries in vain, I contacted their tech support. They took a remote session and tried to fix the issue for almost an hour and half. They failed to fix it so, they rescheduled the exam.
Second Attempt:
* This time they introduced a new desktop app called PSI Secure Browser to run the test. The check in process requires you to:
- click a photo holding id card
- scan the room and upload video
- take selfie
- proctor verified them and releases the exam.
* However, the software always gets stuck at scanning the room step.
* When I reached out to their Support, they asked me to keep retrying it which kept failing every time.
* After several retries and wasting one hour trying fix the issue, exam launched successfully.
* At the end of the exam their is no instructions on how to exit the test. When I asked proctor in the chat window, the proctor does not respond at all. I tried raising my hands at the camera. No response for next 15 mins.
It has been seriously frustrating experience and I am afraid to take any exam which is proctored by PSI. I might give it if its in person in a venue but never online.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's beyond me that they are allowed to be in charge of such important test. I was sick as a dog the day of my exam, which I was scheduled for on a Sunday. I was told I needed a doctors note or I'll be counted as absent, and that counts towards my number of tries to pass the exam. I tried explaining my doctors office is not open on Sunday. I didn't even care about paying again, it was more that it counted towards my number of tries. I asked to speak to a manager, since this sounded absurd. I've never rescheduled in the past. They reviewed my account and since they had to transfer the fee to the affiliate broker exam-I originally scheduled for the wrong one accidentally-I didn't realize there would be exams listed in my account that I never took the classes for-that counted as my "curtesy." Again I didn't care about paying again, it was the fact it counted towards my number. They are certainly NOT here to help anyone. This exam is tough enough without PSI making it harder on everyone. No wonder they have 1 star review.

WORST ONLINE TEST TAKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
Tons of technical difficulties prior to exam. Pop ups, frozen PSI browser, proctor disappeared, etc etc. I could not begin the exam until 4 hours after my scheduled test time.
During the exam the proctor claimed I need to moved my camera "lower" to see my face, even though the GREEN CIRCLE was positioned on the center of my face and I was sitting inches away from the laptop. Creepy! I had asked the proctor if they could tell where the running clock/timer was located because I didn't see it. Their response was something like "on the screen". That was clearly no help, so I asked if they could at least tell me what time the test started so at least I would know what time it would end so I could pace myself. Their response was something like "Don't worry, you'll have the full amount of time". Again, that didn't help!
About 3 hours into my exam and after completing the first test, I had about 45 mins remaining on the final section - I get a pop up window telling me I'm talking out loud. Nope! I could have been reading silently to myself, but definitely NOT talking out loud. So I made sure I was aware of my actions going forward. While still on the same question I got the pop up almost immediately again. I closed it AGAIN. I yawned and rubbed my eyes, and within that same second I got the same pop up telling me my test was terminated for talking. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? 3 of the same pop ups in a row at the end of the exam? Was the proctors shift over and they wanted to go to bed as badly as I did, so they closed my test?
UNNACCEPTABLE!
You had access to my microphone the entire time, you are clearly aware I was NOT TALKING to anyone or out LOUD. I was home alone.
People do move their lips as they read. But again, you have access to my microphone the entire time - you know there was no VOICE coming from me. And certainly not 3 pop ups within 20 seconds to terminate and entire exam with just a few questions remaining.
I want to know my score for test 1 - prior to the unjust termination. You seem to be holding that hostage. And I want a refund for the 8 hour day I had dealing with your terrible system and proctors.

There are some extremely RUDE individuals representing your company/test proctoring. Customers spend $ taking these tests, but we will not be going back to PSI. The two women that worked at 9555 W Sam Houston Pkwy S #140, Houston, TX ******* location this morning: 10. 5. 2021 - should lose their jobs because they obviously don't want to be there nor do they have any customer service skills. I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere I can.

Unfortunately, I've had to take my real estate exam a couple times now. Every single day I have my exam, I can't login and there's no way to reset my password. Every time. The first time, I ended up not even getting into my test and they canceled it because I couldn't get a hold of anybody. I can login any other day, except my exam days, with what I put as my password. Makes absolutely no sense. Their parameters for scanning the room when being proctored are also pretty much offensive. I have my own setup, in my house, yet they act like I'm in a universal space. Each of us has our own subjective setups. I have a VERY small desk, that I pretty much only ever set drinks and snacks on next to me. I had to essentially flip it over for them even though they could see everything easily. There's just something demeaning about being processed as if they expect you to cheat. Maybe I just forget what it was like in college or at SAT's? Seems intrusive. I literally have hated this process. Their website is gross, clunky, foolishly setup. Overall, a ZERO STAR experience. I have NEVER rated something so negatively in my life.

This was for Azure DP-900, which is a very simple exam, and I only really meant to do it as a confidence booster while I prepare for DP-203.
I did this online through the PSI system. I installed everything ahead of time and arrived early, and then waited until ~30 mins after my allocated start time. A proctor never turned up to initiate the exam. I logged out and back in, waiting for about an hour total, still no proctor.
I send them an email and I'm currently working through it with PSI. 24 hours later it isn't even close to solved, and they are asking me to prove I ran their exam software (surely they keep logs!? I had to upload images of my ID...) so we'll see how we go, but at this point even if they agree to assess me for free and refund me it will have been not worth it for the wasted time. I'll never sign up for PSI again and suggest you don't either.

I took the Pa insurance license test at home due to coronavirus. I was told I would receive test results in 3 business days which made no sense because you get them immediately when you test on-site. On the third business day when I received no results I called and am now being told it will take 3 more days which will make it a total of 6 plus two weekend days! I was due to start work and needed to at least get a confirmation of passing or failing and I don't even have that. My issue has supposedly been placed on a high priority list (?), but so far still nothing. If I had an alternative would use them because I have another test to take but unfortunately in Pa I am stuck. But this is horrible and VERY bad business!

Customer service is the worst I ever seen. Long wait times, exam platform failures. Questions on exam are scored constantly wrong. If you can do not waste your time or money on PSI online exams. BEWARE!

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
