There was an error with the launch of the exam and their technical and customer service team just threw me around like a ball without being able to resolve the issue after more than an hour. This is the second time my exam has been rescheduled and I am still facing the same issue! Cust Service said they would call me back but never did - they are incredibly NOT CREDIBLE and it is an absolutely frustrating experience with PSI Exams online! If I could give it a NO STAR, i would absolutely do it.

I had to schedule my exams and went into trouble every time I did.
One time they charged excessive amount and did not give an answer when to refund. Other times, my online account had error, I could not schedule on my own and had to call. It took forever to call. When I had a rep, they asked the same questions, told me to escalate to fix the error but nothing happen.
I've never encountered any services worse than this but this is the only choice at the moment!

I had a test scheduled for noon. I ran the systems check a week before which passed, I ran it again at 10:00 am which passed, Downloaded the secure browser and it did not load, It was stuck in "please wait while the system is loading" I thought it would load when the test started at noon. When it did not load at noon I called tech support who was actually helpful. The tech did take almost 45 mins to resolve the issue and go me into the waiting room for the proctor at about 12:45. The tech said i was all set and the proctor will be verifying my ID with in the next 5 mins. I waited the 5 mins the started a live chat, which no one responded to, then I called the number proved and waiting on hold for 1 hour and 22 mins. No one answered the tech line or the live chat. I then called on another line the number provided on the website and going someone who rescheduled my test for another date. Look these folks are a joke and should not be treated with any extra grace then necessary. They will waste you time and not think twice about it. I asked to speak with a supervisor who as you can guess wasnt available. This is a trash company and service, if you are considering using them for a testing center and care about the folks you are testing then chose another company. I also asked for a refund which was met with a slight laugh. I have photo's I could post but this has taken up to much of my time already. Best of luck with this trash company and service

Unbelievable...

A 1-star review is Extremely generous. The process that you must go through just to schedule an exam is absurd. Not only does the website function incorrectly, the " Candidate support " does not assist in the manner that it should be. People are trying to create a new future for themselves and Psi makes it even more difficult to do so. It's the 21st-century, leveraging email to do things is clearly not an option and I feel it should be. When you call in to speak to somebody they do NOT help. It seems as if they simply read from a script.

I've been attempting to have PSI set up as an approved vendor for my school for three months now with zero progress. I have the capability of having 100 students per year take the FAA Part 107 Drone Pilots License and PSI does not seem to care one bit. I think anyone with poor experiences should collaborate and petition the FAA to find another vendor or for the sake of competition have MORE than ONE vendor for testing purposes. It's absolutely absurd that these people are the only vendor for this certification and apparently a huge pain to work with. I've spoken with several other companies in the drone business to try to find a way around this issue and the general consensus is that PSI is the absolute worst.

I would give a rating of zero if it was possible.

I booked for an AWS exam and before confirming the transaction I wanted to read the terms and conditions. However, only a blank window popped up. I tried to call the customer service but was on hold for ages and no one answered the call. I then went ahead and booked, hoping for the best. In my confirmation email I then saw their terms and conditions and there was one part I didn't want to consent to, namely their Facial Comparison Policy where they use AI to match your images. It says: "If you do not agree to the use of facial comparison technology during your testing session, do not accept this term. You will not be able to complete your registration online. Instead, please call the PSI call center to complete your registration."

So I tried to call the customer service again and again, but no one ever picked up. On the exam day I tried my luck in the live chat. The agent was incredibly rude, always ending my chat when I told her that I do not agree to the policy and that I would like to talk to someone who can help me.

Now I could not attend my exam and it will be a hassle to get my money back. Probably legal actions will be necessary.

I waited over an hour on hold then the line disconnected. They give no straight extension to tech support. You'll have to call then be transferred at least 4 times (giving them your info each time) before finally getting where you need to be. The service isn't good. They don't communicate with you or understand your issues, they just say "I don't know what you are saying" when asked questions about their service. Overall 0/10 I've been dealing with them since 11 this morning it's currently 11 at night.

Malfunction computer
August 22, 2021

I took my test 8/21 in JC location. After completing the test I did not click end, instead I went to the proctor because I was nervous. She came in and clicked it but the screen went blank. She proceeded to another screen and asked me to enter my SSC number. Once I did she clicked the end button. We both saw PASS in green which of course means I passed the test. Naturally I was excited. Once I got to my car I tried to open the email with the results and it would not download. I went home and tried 5 more times and finally it came up to my surprise a FAIL 72 out of 75! Now I'm confused so I proceeded to call PSI and it took me 3 times to get through because I was hung up on 3 times. Once I finally was able to explain everything, I was told it had to be investigated and will take 2-5 business days. This isn't fair and I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to.

My test was scheduled for 11:00. I downloaded and tested their browser the week before and it came up as my mic & camera were working. The day of the test I went on at 10:30 and it 'didn't recognize my login e-mail' called rep at 10:35. It took 15 minutes to get her to give me tech services. That person finally understood where the problem was and now I was ready to go at 11:30 except when she got off the phone it took another 18 mins to load the test. The procter saw a clear, labled bottle of water & said I couldn't have it. She saw a pen and paper that I want to use for math, she did not say anything but later stated that I should have had a 'white board'. I'm 65 and only had used a white board that were given out when taking tests in the centers. After 4 hrs, finished and passed the National, I said I had to use the bathroom (even though I hadn't drank anything for hours) She said that I was not allowed to!? I carried the laptop into the bathroom with me. My wife had been here in the morning to help with understanding their difficult to understand tech support individual. My wife left and came back in around 4 hrs later, she started to say something, knowing she couldn't enter the room, and I said "You can't talk to me or they will cut me off". The proctor then cut me off.!?#rukidding? They reviewed it and said it was "A Valid Termination" Horrible customer service, horrible attitude and stupid, actually Inhumane expectations, and know we have to pay the same price as we paid for both tests $56 & $100 again for an application?! I would give negative stars if I could. They are absolute garbage, do not use them. I would rather burn a $100 bill and dance on the ashes than pay them money again. If you take a dump on a computer you have a better chance of accidentally creating a better browser than they did. If you took a dump on a computer, you would also be a lot less damaging to the minds of innocent test takers who just want their documents.

The worst testing company I have ever used in my entire life. Problem after problem arises with PSI. I constantly feel stressed going into my exams because of all the difficulties that arise. Not to mention the customer service is even worse. I'm typing this as I've been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for someone to reschedule my exam, since the exam I was supposed to take today was never created by PSI. PSI I will never be using you ever again if I can help it, and will always be sure to advocates to anyone not to use your services. Awful.

F... morons

Ive been trying for two weeks to register. Multiple calls, several attempts online, many hours... just trying to register for an over-priced exam.

"sorry, our system is down", "this is my first day trying to register someone", " I need help from my boss", "can you call back another time"... WTF?

They get one star only because there is no option for zero stars

I tried to take AWS SAA exam on PSI.

It requires PSI Secure Browser to take exam on PSI on my own PC.
PSI Secure Browser told me to close all other applications, including NVIDIA Container.
But NVIDIA Container restarts again and again automatically.
To make matters worse, I couldn't input anything on Live Chat in PSI Secure Browser due to a software bug.

So I contacted PSI support. It also take much time because the supports ask same questions 3 times in total. (contact form, chat, and technical support chat)

About 3 minutes after the exam starts, I could make PSI Secure Browser work.
I followed the proctor's instructions and showed my room where I take the exam.
Then Secure Browser suddenly shut down (probably because it was 15 minutes after the exam starts), and Chrome was opened and showed the home of PSI official website. (I don't know why, probably a bug)

It was already 15 minutes after the exam starts, so I gave up taking the exam. There was no refund. And AWS support told I can't reschedule the exam in 24 hours.
I never use this service again.

I tried to take my certification test this previous Friday. When I tried to log on to the console, I had a multitude of issues. It said my laptop didn't have a microphone even though it did. Then I kept kicking me off. This went on for about 45 minutes. It was way past my test time, so I called. The first person I spoke to said that they could reschedule my test right away, and that I might even be able to retake it that evening. They put me on hold for about 20 minutes, then hung up. So I called again. This time I spoke to someone else. She told me I would have to wait 24 hours to reschedule my test. When I tried to ask and see why her answer was different than the person I spoke to before, she got angry and hung up on me. So I waited 24 hours and called again. This person said that I couldn't retake it unless they filed a complaint on my behalf. She said it would take a couple of hours to get a resolution. I haven't heard anything back yet. I just want to take my test. I paid for it, and I should be able to take it. Very upset and think this company is horrible. They wouldn't just let me have a refund either

PSI Crashed

Further to the mail sent before, I would like to detail the entire experience that I faced with PSI
While writing the examination - DP900(Azure Data Fundamentals)scheduled on 07-05-2021(8 PM IST).

Despite the fault being at your end due to network failure resulting in the crashing of the PSI app, you
Have sent the below-attached mail with a FAIL grade. You must understand that PASS/FAIL happens
Once an exam is attempted but in my case, I have not even seen the first question of the exam.

My sincere request to you is to reschedule this attempt for the Microsoft exam and give me the
Chance to pass or fail on my merit. I will be waiting for your response on this matter and hope that you
Would take responsibility because the issue is at your end as the app has crashed even before I could
See the first question.

What a joke! They won't let you use a calculator, you have to use the computer and the damn thing doesn't work properly.
I let the staff know what happened and they act like it's my problem.
Ohio needs to have another option to test.

Very bad compagny to pass your AWS certif on remote, it destroy your work. I start the verification at 08 PM I spend 3 hours to verify my identity et 1 hours with errors connection and i start the exam at midnight.

Where do I start and can I give negative stars? Years ago I had a PSI account to schedule the state of Ohio P&C Insurance Agent exam. Having to retake the exam, I went to the PSI site to log in. I could not remember my password so I attempted to reset it. Each time I entered in my email (I tried literally every email I've ever had), I receive an error that "Request Failed. Please try again later." So I attempted to register, only to get notification that my account was already created (no kidding). My next idea was to call "Customer Support" I put that in quotations because the only thing they support is my high blood pressure. After about 20 minutes of trying to explain to a clearly out-sourced rep what my problem was, I was told "I'll cancel your online account and you can register again." Great, thanks, that should do it. Or so I thought. Nothing was cancelled and I continued to receive the error that I couldn't reset my password or register with my information.
Next step, call "Customer Support" again. This time I get the "solution" that they'll just email me a link which will take me to the exam without having to log on. Great, that should do it (wrong again). Day of the test comes. I follow the link with the exam. Take my picture, check my microphone, record the room I'm in, take photo of my ID. Great, this seems to be working. Wrong. 25 minutes later I'm still waiting for my "Proctor to prepare my exam". Finally happens, then I get a random IM from the "Proctor" asking me to check my Internet because my video is "lagging again and again". I have the highest internet speed possible, so it's clearly a PSI problem. I tell this "Proctor" as much. They're brilliant advice is to "close the browser and restart". Ok thanks, want me to unplug my router next? I take all of these useless steps, and surprise, it doesn't work. They're "solution" is to call "Tech Support", which from what I can tell is just the same clueless Customer "Support" team I spoke with earlier. I get no answers and am told that I need to schedule the test for a local office. Ok fine, can you please do that for me? No, of course they can't. They transfer me to Customer "Support" which (not surprisingly) they are unable to assist. I need to log on and schedule on the website, WHICH I CAN'T DO! This company is an absolute disgrace for so many reasons I can't list them all here. I've sent pleading requests to every contact possible to help and get nothing in return. This is literally effecting my current job status.

Terrible, incompetent service
July 24, 2021

Would not allow me to use calculator despite the fact that it was allowed (confirmed it afterwards with the organization that sent me there as well as it being stated in, my pre-test email. Would have showed the testing center that, but was told I wasn't allowed to bring phone into center.) I was told scores were mailed out 5 weeks after exam. At week 7, I still had not received score from PSI. So the org that sent me there requested they mail them out again (still not knowing if I passed or not). 2 weeks after THAT, still no score. Finally, after I requested a full refund (it was a $650 test) they finally emailed score to me, but only after the org that sent me there requested it. Sat on hold a total of 3 hours w PSI and never spoke to a human. Took a week to respond to emails. The testing center felt like you were at the DMV. Very unprofessional. What should have been a happy experience (I passed my exam) was a miserably frustrating experience, thanks to PSI. No one should have to beg for 4 weeks to get exam results. So I ended up waiting a total of 10 weeks for results. When I requested to have the results mailed to me as well, (as originally told it was the ONLY was results could be given) it STILL took them an additional 2 weeks to do that. I almost wonder if once I complained about not being allowed to use the calculator, if someone decided to punish me for complaining.

I called to reschedule my exam because I got called into work and some representative named Sean was disgustingly not helpful. He hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor and really couldn't have been more rude. This place is a rip off and will keep your money at a moments notice without blinking an eye. NJ you can do better
