Your website sucks. It gave me no good instruction on preparing for the test. I bought a study pack for what looked like the right test, and it was not. I studied for a month, only to find out that the material was not relevant. As in like Zero percent. What would have been helpful is for there to be some direction to point me towards the reference material I needed, which I essentially had to piece together from a guy at the test centr who happenned to comuin after me, and sounds like he had the same experience. This is really frustrating and hiughly annoying.

I originally ordered the 3-pack but cancelled in order to get the study guide/practice tests combo

I was looking for a study format to pass my test the first time and thought, why not check out PSI's website whose giving the test! I was happy to find these resources, and the website was easy to navigate through. Thanks so much!

I showed up at my scheduled time only to find 15 other people already waiting in line to be checked in. After sitting for an hour waiting on my turn and only half of the 15 people having been checked in at that time the internet went down and I couldn't take the test anyway. I was given a number and ticket to call and reschedule which I did as soon as I left the building. I was then told i had to call back the next day. I called on Monday instead and was then told to call back in two days because they couldn't verify the outage without a ticket number. The call center was little help and only after half an hour on the phone did I suggest I suggest that i schedule a new test and then they could credit me back for the first test I couldn't take. They said that was acceptable.

I don't understand how they scheduled a group of 15 people at one time and then continued to schedule others at the same time, nor do I understand why i was the one that had to come up with the solution. This was a terrible experience with PSI and a huge waste of time on my part.

My experience with PSI was more than I expected! Web site was easy to operate and schedule test. Study material was on point! Passed both test the first time. I took one test at a test site which was very nice and comfortable. I took one test online at home and was very satisfied with being able to sit in the comfort of my home to access the test. Thank you PSI for offering a variety of ways to take the test and for all the accurate study material to prepare for the tests!

Lots of great books here! There are many fields in the trades I am in & working towards licenses on. The PSI site looks like it will be a great long term resource.

Can't even take the tests i purchased. Don't know why. I bout 4 different test and don't have access to either one of them. Don't even have an access code in my emials anywhere. Checked all over!

This experience has been easy, helpful and quick. So I am ready to experience it for myself and get my license for manicures.

The testing site was easy to navigate. The instructions for completing the exercise were clear. The testing exercise was well organized.

It was absolutely a pleasure speaking with a very kind and polite representative ((Although she was rather sick she kept a composed demeanor) who exhibited a very transparent approach. This lead me to the final decision to purchase. Looking forward to my studying and the successful passing of my exam. Thank you!
