I contacted the online chat agent related to the $20 monthly billing on my card. I do not ever recall ordering the service and certainly not for $20 per month. The online agent did a great job and with no questions asked, refunded the past 4 months of charges. Best customer service call I have had in a long time.

I did receive excellent customer service when I had a charge on my credit card that was incorrect. Also, the information on their website was highly inaccurate so I closed my account because I will not be using them again.
