I contacted the site to cancel a subscription, and with quick ease and respond it was immediately processed.

I selected details on a single property record for the $1 fee which was charged to my card. I later received a charge for $30 for a "package" which I did not sign up for. I contacted PropertyRecord on their Chat bot and the charge was immediatly reversed - could not ask for better service.

I contacted the online chat agent related to the $20 monthly billing on my card. I do not ever recall ordering the service and certainly not for $20 per month. The online agent did a great job and with no questions asked, refunded the past 4 months of charges. Best customer service call I have had in a long time.
