Simple easy to fill out, cost fair. Good way review/appraise one's own property for comparison with county records. Credit card entry pain in the $#*!; first card entered rejected 3 times; all info entered correctly & verified. Second card info entered accepted no problem?

I thought the report was very accurate. Once signed in the report generated in a very short time. Gave a complete history of previous owners as well as taxes paid in 2021. The process is quick but I did not get the information I wanted. The report should contain annual property tax, the instalment property taxes due dates, etc., Information on Title, age of the property, etc., Ownership changes since the house was built, any damages from fire, flooding, weather, other causes, etc.

The report contained just what it advertised, for the cost of one dollar, it was worth the 5 minutes to get information related to the property

Honestly I was looking for more. Good information thank you. Pertaining to Deed and homeowner information.

It was easy to sign up for this service and the price was very reasonable. I had trouble logging in the first time and had to call customer service and request their help. They helped me change the password and stayed on the line until I was able to access my account.

WHERE IS ALL THE REST OF THE INFO ADVRTIZED ON THE FRONT PAGE? THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS, GUESSED THE AMOUNT IT WAS WORTH, THE TAXES, SCHOOLS. WHERE'S THE MORTGAGE, DEED STUFF ECT.?

Had no idea how much my house is worth (lived there 22 years). Report came back with accurate information about my house... when built, original cost, tax assessments, etc. However, don't know how the "estimate" house is worth calculated. Is it based on "comps" in the area?

I was pleased with information obtained in this report. I was able to assist my client due to we had already mailed release to borrower.

I needed an accurate property report for a location in San Bernardino County. Due to possible litigation in a San Bernardino County Superior Court, I was able to get the name and address of the current property owner. Other websites, in other couties, do not give this information. They do offer the information of where I can locate it. The report spelled out property details and satelite maps that enabled me to print a very good picture of the unit and property. The cost for the report surprised me. $1.00 for the report. I am going to refer this website to others. In a day when everybody demands money for an answer, this website was a great relief.
P.S. I did not pass the charges ($1.00) to my client(ha-ha).

I am the owner of the property for 23 years. The information received from this company was thorough and precise. There has been so many improvements to the home it concerns me on how to submit the information. I am a single parent and totally enjoy this home. I am an entrepreneur and has been in my home for 22 years.

So glad all information is on one site. Easily assemble. Saving on elderly having to go physically to retrieve copies.
