I will always come back in the future when I need information about future property
I needed to look at my records as I was in the process of selling my home. When I contacted property records I was a little skeptical as I did not want to provide all this private info but I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and so I took the risk. I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround and was surprised to see some liens on my home for which I quickly took care of. Thanks to Property records I was able to take care of all the outstanding items and be prepared for closing.
I was on the website after hours, 4:30, printing out some forms, but I was lost if they were they were the right ones. After 6:00, I got a text message if I got everything I needed? I needed know if I still had Homestead exception? By 6:30, I had a response, I do, and a link to a form I had as proof. It was after hours, but I got my questions resolved without knowing what form I needed. It was above and beyond the call. Never had the response like this from a government agency.
I just wanted to get know where my property lines are for my home as well as the sewer clean out and water main, but I ended up being charged money for something I could have gotten off from MLS. I was really mad when, a week later, a charge on my bank account was $20. I NEVER signed up for anything other than a property report which was the MLS information. I was NOT happy. I can't afford this. I contacted PropertyRecord.com and chatted with Patrick whom helped my cancel my account and any further charges. Thank you Partick.

Well this is akward but I try this page for my property record and was a complete and full report what I appreciate it, later I have to reach the customer service for an issue for a unknown charge and the lady was a doll, very well handled.

I contacted Nicholas via live chat, and advised that I was receiving monthly CC drafts of $20, in error. I never enrolled in any new service. Nicholas reviewed my complaint and advised that there could have been a volume discount package option selected in error, which I'm not aware what that is. He was able to resolve the matter, and grant my refund request. I was pleased with the quick response, and Nicholas being able to resolve the matter. Thank you.

I got exactly the information I needed but there were apparently some hidden fees. You think you're only paying $8 for the service but small print somewhere must say you're signing up for a package deal because a few days later I was charged $20 as well. I contacted them through their web assistance and they canceled the package instantly. Great customer service! If it weren't for the hidden fees I would've given 5 stars
