They really messed up my order... I tried calling all day... they kept hanging up on me... when I finally got through to them... I had to speak with someone who was very hard to understand... and they refused to fix the problem. They have lost my business forever

My Mom just received her flowers and they are already mushy and brown. They look nothing like the gorgeous bouquet in the ad. I am so sad. Would not order from them again and the price is ridiculous for what I got.
Update
Even though I was disappointed with the flowers, after contacting customer service a couple of times, I was issued a refund and I was able to get something else. I included pictures of the flowers in an email so they could see the poor condition of the arrangement.

I placed an order for three flower arrangements of 100 blooms for Mothers day. My order # ******* on 5/3/2016 at a cost of $105.00 due to an add I heard on station 105.1 these are advertised as a beautiful arrangement in a glass vase. What I got was 180 degrees to the left of crap. I can not begin to express how disappointed I am. it is borderline false Advertising and I will do something about, it because it was not free they charge for every little thing and send you everything in a UPS box. Excuse me I paid for an arrangement and 100 blooms not 25 green stems and a UPS box. If you could see what all three orders look like you would laugh and then cry because this is not what you give to your mom on her day and other important people in your life. If they would have said that this is a 25 green stems that come in a box I would not have ordered. Since what I wanted was a floral arrangement like the one in the advertised picture. Why because we are not florist and no nothing about arranging flowers this is why we buy them already done. Thank you for spoiling Mothers day for me and my friends, that you for not being able to brighten up my elderly mothers day, Thank you for not being able to get a smile out of my friend with a brain tumour who is also a mother of two. Thank you for being so careless as to allow this very important detail to slip your mind, and thank thank you for allowing me the opportunity to file a consumer complaint and E3 complaint against your company. So that others are not tricked into this fraud. My name is Fernando Rex Licea don't forget it because you will be hearing a lot from now on.

I got an email from ProFlowers that said my order had been delivered. I immediately told my mom to go check the front door. She put the flowers in the vase and sent me a photo. What a disappointment. I feel embarrassed. All the flowers were droopy. I will never use ProFlowers again.

2 days ago I ordered my Mother flowers for Mother's Day, and after placing my order which was very easy to do and a great price, I looked at all the reviews and was shocked. They were horrible, stating that sometimes you don't even receive the flowers, and if you do they are dead and wilted, look nothing like the picture, and come delivered in a fed ex box that was thrown in the back of a hot truck. I was so worried that she wasn't going to get her flowers, or worse I would be embarrassed at the dead ugly arrangement that she was about to get. She got her flowers exactly when I wanted her too, and she said they were SO FRESH that the flower buds hadn't even opened yet. Also the box was cold as if it had been in a cooler specially designed for them inside the fed ex truck. I am SO extremely happy that I went with proflowers, I don't understand where all the negative comments came from. My experience was AMAZING and I will definitely order from there again! Thank you for surprising my Mom and making her Mother's Day great!

My son just sent me two dozen roses, a box of chocolate covered strawberries and some lovely jasmine body cream. What a great gift for Mother's Day. The roses were fresh and Pro Flowers has partnered with women in Africa to weave these vases, so they can make money for their families. How great is that?

Thank you!

Embarrassing!
May 4, 2016

If you send flowers using ProFlowers I can guarantee you will feel embarrassed by what they sent! Please please find another floral service. I am being brutally honest about how embarrassed you will be to see the flowers that they send and the way they are presented in comparison to the pictures on their page.

I placed an order with Pro Flowers on Friday for a funeral service on Sunday. Given that they claim to do same day delivery, I thought two days was plenty of time for the order to arrive. I was supposed to receive email confirmation once the order was delivered and it was Sunday afternoon and I had not received an email yet. I called to confirm delivery and was on the phone for approximately an hour with three different representatives, all telling me that the order had not been delivered on Sunday but that it would be delivered first thing Monday morning. Initially, since they had messed up the order, I asked for a refund and for the order to be delivered on Monday. They said they could not do that but they could provide me with a 20% discount and they would call the family to apologize. I told them that would be insulting to the family and absolutely not, I did not want them calling the family. I asked for them to cancel the order and to provide me with a refund. They said they would do that and I would receive an email confirmation. On Monday morning, I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I called on Tuesday and was on the phone again with two people (who had no idea about my order) for 35 minutes. First, they told me they could not provide me with a refund since the order had been delivered on Monday. Then, once I asked for management, they told me they would work on getting me a refund. I'm still working on getting a refund. Not only did they mess up the delivery date, but they also want to charge me for their mistakes. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never work with this company again. The customer service representatives keep you on hold for a VERY long time, it's hard to understand them, each time you get a new representative you have to explain the situation all over again and they are not trying to resolve THEIR mistakes.

I stopped doing business with Pro Flowers after they wanted to charge me an additional $9.99 to deliver on my Wife's birthday. This was a normal workday that would have not been subject to added costs if the day weren't special to me. I also gave them plenty of advanced notice so there was no reason for jacking up the charges. I refuse to do business with any company that does business in such a manner.

Proflowers

Trying to change a delivery date became a nightmare. Since using a Virtual Credit Card for the purchase, they insisted on pinging the card again. This automatically tells the bank someone is trying to use the same card number more than once and the order gets rejected. A Virtual Credit Card prevents "Fraud" and this is why I use this service. A simple change of delivery date, became a nightmare trying to understand these people in Manila. Imagine dealing with someone who has a language barrier and not remotely understanding the concept of Virtual Credit Cards. I cancelled the complete order and will never work with them again.

Pro Flowers Disappointed
February 24, 2016

Received my flowers at my job at which they delivered to the mailroom in the basement and not the 5th floor where I work as they were instructed. Flowers came in a box. I opened the box and they were in bud form. Called my fiancé and told him I received the flowers, but could not tell how they were going to look. He sent me the actual picture advertised. 2 days later both the lilies and tulips began to blossom. I waited a couples days later to see if they would look like the floweres that were pictured on their site. Well, to my surprise they NEVER came out looking like the picture. They were arranged wrong. I couldn't believe it! What a waste of time and money. I called for my fiancé to get his money back. They said that they would send out new floweres. I told them Valentine's day is over, REFUND. Then they tried to cancel the replacement flowers since I requested a refund. Too late, got a refund and the flowers came today. I'm waiting to see how this batch will turn out. At least they are arranged appropriately this time.

Disgusting
February 24, 2016

I asked to cancel the order within a minute of placing it due to the exorbitant shipping costs that are discreetly applied at the end. My multiple requests were summarily ignored for 2 days and then I was told that it was too late to cancel. Duh- because you ignored me for two days.

The flowers arrived nothing like described, never opened and died a couple of days later despite following all the instructions.

I've ordered flowers online several times and I have never had such a poor customer experience. I don't know how you expect to get returning customers after you treat them this way.

Never buy from them again. Hidden cost that was never disclosed. Try to lure you in with a special code to get a big discount, only thing that code does is not display the hidden charges.

Hidden Cost
February 19, 2016

Ordered flower, on line, to be delivered on Saturday 2/13/16. The advertised cost of the flowers was around $30. The total cost to me was $60 and some change. Contacted Customer Support to be informed that the extra cost was associated with shipping. For shipping that doubles the cost gives me no incentive to ever use ProFlowers again. The flowers were beautiful. The delivery was as requested. My wife was surprise and pleased. I was surprised and displeased by the total cost. Would recommend using your local florist. May not be cheaper but there will be no surprise.

I ordered b day flowers for Feb 16th 2016 for a friend. They were 2 dozen of mixed roses with a beautiful silver bucket which I paid extra for! She never received the flowers until the next day due to weather. When she did receive them they were in a ordinary vase NOT the vase I paid extra for! Customer service reimbursed me because my friend didn't receive them on her bday. Then we find out she didn't even get the right vase! Good thing I DIDNT have to pay for them! Never will I order from them again!

This review is based on my last order a year ago. I was very happy with the flowers that my daughter received. She was very please with them and the pictures she sent of them were very nice. Now I just placed an order today so let hopefully say that this will be a 5 star review as well...
