Paid neirly $100 for roses to be delivered before noon at the hospital my Wife works at. They sent me a delivery confirmation although they didnt deliver anything. When i called and sat on hold for 30 min they said they can assure it was delivered to the front desk. MY WIFE WORKS AT THE FRONT DESK. Thankfully I forced them to refund the entire amount so i could take my buisness to a company compatent enough to do as they say. THANKS FOR RUINING THE DAY.
Today I received my Valentine's roses from Proflowers.com, and all the roses were droopy. One was already broken! I tried my best to put them in the vase and as I was doing that another broke. Needless to say they are all hanging over the vase, and NOT one is standing! Two dozen roses and they couldn't send one perfect one! My husband even paid extra to have a morning delivery and they were delivered after 12P.
I AM WAY PAST DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. I PLACED MY ORDER LAST WEEK TO BE DELIVERED TODAY AND PAID EXTRA TO GET IT DELIVERED IN THE MORNING. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED, MY CALLS WENT UNANSWERED AS DID MY EMAILS. FINALLY GET AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TOMORROW, WELL TOMORROW IS PAST VALENTINE'S DAY AND I WANTED TO SURPRISE MY FIANCE AT HER WORK. THANK YOU PROFLOWERS FOR RUINING MY FIANCE'S VALENTINE'S DAY SURPRISE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOR YOU AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE MY DISAPPOINTMENT KNOWN OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER REVIEW SITES.
Ordered flowers for valentines day. Received confirmation email. At 11 am valentines day got an email from them that due to over orders they cant deliver. I called them and was told a supervisor would call back shortly. Never did. Hope i can at least get a refund. Dont use them
Flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and paid extra money to have then delivered before noon. As of 4pm ( too late) they were a no show. They did not even try to get them there before noon. They left Memphis@ 7am and were suppose to arrive in Lawrenceville Ga by noon? Customer service is just a little better than lame. I believe the before noon deal might be a scam, they may be counting on a large % of people not bothering for a refund on the add'l charge.
My husband has always brought me long stem roses in a beautiful bouquet an aroma you wouldn't forget, they definitely would say I Love you, but this year I received for valentines day flowers in a box that I have to put together myself, not long stem and a tiny box of candy. This made me cry thinking he doesn't love me anymore. Thanks Pro Flowers you really made my husband look bad and made me feel unloved.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and paid extra money to have then delivered before noon. Well the flowers won't be delivered now until the day after Valentines. I ordered early to make sure they arrived on time but no luck. Find a better site.
Ordered flowers for my wife last week to have it deliver at her work. It arrived today Valentines Day. Instead of a cheer or awe it got a big laugh. Flowers were droopy, six flowers in all, 3 red, 4 purple. See photos, 1st photo is what's on their website, 2nd photo shows what I got. You be the judge. Not even close to what was advertise on the website that shows a vase full of flowers. This is false advertising for sure. Don't waste your time and money for all these expensive flowers and shipping cost. You'll come out better by going to a grocery store, pick it up and drop it off yourself. For less.
Up sold my $99.99 to $170 b4 tax. $15 charge to get flowers BY NOON. Still have not arrived. UPS delivers a green box n runs. She will have to arrange her own flowers... if she is even there by the time they arrive. HORRIBLE!
The flowers I received were terrible. Some of the stems were broken, some flowers were close shut and they were too long for the vase.
I recieved flowers from my daughter yesterday. They were wilted an brown, half frozen. Also included was a box of Shari's berries which were mushy and looked like they were dipped a month ago.
Ordered a bunch of valentine's day flowers with guaranteed delivery - they charge extra for that guarantee, but the only guarantee is that they are charging your card for the full amount right away - guaranteed. Long story short, no flowers by guaranteed time, as a matter of fact, no flowers at all.
I paid almost 70 dollars for 2 dozen roses with guaranteed delivery. What I got was 2 dozen roses cut at different lengths thrown into a vase. Looks nothing like the picture. Complete waste of money. Will NEVER buy from again!
I placed an order on 2/6 for 30 tulips and a glass vase for Valentine's Day to my wife's office. I even paid 15 bucks extra for guaranteed morning delivery since she leaves work at 4PM and the window ProFlowers gives is 8AM-6PM. And BTW, they already charged 10 bucks for Valentine's Day delivery, so we're talking me shelling out 25 bucks total for this to arrive at her office before noon on 2/14.
Fast forward to last night(2/13), and I get an e-mail notification that it's shipped from California. That seems to be cutting it close, but it's UPS Next Day Air, so I assume they know what they're doing. But then this morning, I check the tracking information and find out they were unable to load the package on the plane in Illinois(I live in Texas, BTW) and it won't arrive by the scheduled time. It's now noon and there's been no update on the status which means it's probably still sitting in a warehouse in Illinois someplace.
This is completely unacceptable. ProFlowers has two jobs. Ship flower bouquets that reasonably resemble their online photos and get them to their destination on the scheduled date. The latter is especially important for Valentine's Day. If you're gonna drop the ball and not get the flowers to my wife til the 15th, you may as well not even bother. And I don't want to hear about UPS being overwhelmed with packages. It's freaking Valentine's Day. If they're not prepared for the rush that any moron can see coming, then it's ProFlowers' responsibility to have different shipping companies at their disposal.
Bottom line, don't waste your time, energy, or money. These guys are completely unreliable and incompetent. Try a local florist or maybe give 1-800 Flowers a shot(they can't be worse than this).
My husband took the time to find a nice arrangement he knew I would love, Irises, Lilies and a champagne bucket case with chocolates.
He paid extra for morning delivery ($14.99)
They can on time, around 10 am. I was suspicious when I lifted the box and it barely weighed anything. Half dead, half closed shut flowers and no vase. I didn't open the tiny box of chocolates yet. My husband has been on hold for 35 minutes waiting for someone to take the call that speaks English to give him a refund. Who knows how long he'll be but I couldn't wait another second to write this review! I hope on our way to lunch there's someone at the intersection selling flowers out of a bucket, I'm sure they will be much nicer!
First time I have used ProFlowers and the last. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before a funeral. An hour before the funeral starts they call to say the flowers will not be delivered until 2 hours after the funeral. They refused to let me talk to the florist to maybe do some substitution or work something out to get an arrangement there on time so no flowers were delivered at all. They were the worst company to deal with and I don't suggest to anyone to use them.
I ordered the pink, red & white roses ($19.99 plus small box of candy)for my daughter for Valentine's day. The order arrived on the day I specified. The roses are fresh cut and beautiful She was very pleased! She can't wait until they start to open up and become full. The order came to a little over $43.00 with the delivery charge and are well worth the price. Roses are more beautiful than florist roses. Thanks for making me look good! I will order again.
I sent my Mom flowers on Valentine's Day because my Dad who recently passed had always done so. They came yesterday and were small with a $1 vase for me to arrange them in. They did not look fresh; there was no baby's breath or any filler.
Very disappointing -- I will never order from Pro Flowers again.
Cheap *ss company. No vase. No flower food. I can buy $5 from Aldi and get plant food. Flowers are pretty but seriously. You can't even include a little packet of food to keep them alive longer?
I ordered flowers from proflowers for a family wake two days before the wake. When I got to the wake the flowers were not there. I called them and they gave me some excuse from the florist. They would not tell me what florist was used. They did refund my full payment and gave me a 20% off any new purchase but I am very worried about using them again. They need to follow up on orders and let people know if there is a delivery issue. It was very embarrassing not to have the flowers there. I will not use them for any major affair again. Too
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
