My daughter ordered me tulips for Mother's Day. They arrived almost dead. I called and requested a new delivery. It never came. Had to call again. Hopefully this time I will get my flowers and in "good" condition.
ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A FRIEND'S 80TH BIRTHDAY. LOOKED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE WHAT I CHOSE. FLOWERS WERE BADLY ARRANGED, SQUATTY, MOSTLY GREENERY AND A RIBBON. AFTER THE FACT, PROFLOWERS SAID THE FLORIST HAD TO "SUBSTITUTE." DELIVERY FEES AND "HANDLING" (?) FEES WERE EXORBITANT. TANTAMOUNT TO "BAIT AND SWITCH" FRAUD...
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and she received dead flowers. So I called proflowers and they offered to resend the flowers or refund me. I choose the refund. Next time I will call a local florist.
We received something in a box from a company called proflowers. Nothing "pro" about proflowers. Don't waste your money!
I ordered flowers for my daughter on the 9th of May for my daughters birthday. The flowers were to be delivered on the 21st. I figured I would give them enough time to do the order and ship during these hard times. I paid for the early morning delivery charge also. My daughter texted me on the 12th and said "Thank you for the flower". This was 9 days early. Absolutely rediculous! I called the 800 number and they said yes it was supposed to be delivered on the 21st, there is nothing we can do except refund the shipping! This does not make it right or any better. ProFlowers is the worst and keep getting worse. Don't trust the delivery dates or times.!
I ordered the Designers Choice Dishgarden, which doesn't specify which plants they will use, which I understand. But being a dishgarden, it was supposed to be an arrangement of a replantable plant and cut flowers. The only thing that came was a bouquet of cut flowers wrapped in cellophane. They also charged a 50% service charge, which they didn't disclose up front.
My son and daughter-in-law ordered Mothers Day flowers for me. When they arrived, the vase was smashed to smithereens and the roses were already in full bloom. I followed the directions exactly, using the preservative included and changed the water and preservative 3 days later as directed. The flowers were wilting within 3 days of receiving them. Also, my son said the bouquet was not what he ordered. There were half as many roses as there were supposed to be. Here's a photo taken today. 3 days past Mothers Day.
I have waited a week for flowers to deliver for Mothers day which they told me would deliver the the 8th, Friday. No update and no
Delivery date. Never again will I ever order from Proflowers. Horrible service
My son and daughter-in-law sent me a proflowers bouquet for mother's day and they were nearly dead when I received the box and today 4 days later they are totally dead. Inside the box there were more leaves and petals not on the flowers than what were left on the blooms there was no instructions or no freshness packet. AWFUL - will tell everyone to NOT use proflowers!
Called customer service after not receiving flowers on my wife's 75th Birthday. I am unable to go anywhere. I placed order in April to be delivered on specific day. No flowers arrived and I called company. They told me they were 'out of flowers' that they didn't have the $45 bouquet I ordered. I then noticed theyover charged my card for $65. Said I would be refunded but have not received it yet.
DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE OUT OF FLOWERS!
Plz don't use this business, I placed an order, it wasn't delivered, it was sent to another store, they didn't fill the order,, when the person I was sending them to call and said they haven't received them call flowers,, I where very short with me, I asked why I wasn't contacted ( they had my email and phone number) they didn't have an answer. I asked when I would get my refund I was told to contact my bank. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told due to the virus that their isn't that many people there... Like a lot of business blame bad service on the virus... Please don't use them
Received Mother's Day gift day after Mother's Day and found more petals in the box than on the flower; s Waste of money..
I ordered flowers for my mother on 04/24/20.
As of 05/11/20.
Flowers haven't been delivered & no refund offered.
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 11 days early. Suppose to be delivered Friday, May 8th. Arrived 3 days late, today on May 11th!... petals falling off, brown, dried up! Use to be good, not sure what happened but will never use them again!
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were never delivered. I had called to confirmed delivery and was assured that delivery would occur on 5/9/20. Not only were they not delivered but had I not called about it today I would not have received a refund. Chris was the second customer service rep I spoke with today and at the end of our conversation he asked "Are you mad?" and chuckled. How completely unprofessional! I am so disgusted and upset about this situation. They supposedly refunded my account but that does nothing for the fact that they ruined my mother's day gift to my mom. I will never order through them again!.
This company is a joke! I spent top dollar 2 weeks in advance to have flowers delivered to my Mom on Mother's Day. I followed the tracking throughout the day as it stated it "was out for delivery". It's 9pm and nothing. I call customer service (which sounds like a third world country) and they had no clue. I demanded a refund and will never do business with them again.
It was so disappointing to me that my Mom never received these flowers on her special day. But even if she did, they would have most likely been wilted or dead according to the thousands of reviews I've read all over the internet. How this company stays in business I have no idea. But it's just a matter of time before they collapse and I will be laughing the entire time when they do!
As of Monday, May 11, the day AFTER mother's day. No flowers. No response from proflowers. I guess my $94.80 is gone for good
Ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance, to arrive on Friday. The Thursday before Mother's Day, Proflowers sent an email that the flowers had shipped... from Columbia (the country). Took until Monday to arrive, and the flowers were wilted. Impossible to chat or email them, and if you call, you're put on hold forever. I have yet to find an efficient way to actually contact this company. So I am leaving 1-star reviews on other websites now.
In scrolling through the reviews, I saw many complaints that the flowers delivered did not live up to expectations. Be that as it may, at least something was delivered. In my case, my mom got absolutely nothing. My order for a bouquet of flowers was placed on 5/6/20, six days before mother's day, to ensure that the order would be received on time.
I just got off the phone with customer service, where I was informed that the bouquet I had selected was out of stock. I asked why they didn't inform me within the six day time frame between the order date and mother's day, so that I could have ordered something else. The woman from customer service said she wasn't sure and was apologetic. I paid through PayPal, and she let me know that my payment would be rescinded. Be that as it may, I wanted my mom to receive flowers on mother's day, and she got nothing.
To reiterate, my mother received NOTHING from ProFlowers on mother's day. Not a bouquet of half-dead flowers, nor a bouquet that failed to live up to expectations, absolutely nothing. ProFlowers never contacted me, and when I called customer service yesterday evening (mother's day) to see why my flowers had not been delivered, the line was down. Similarly, I also sent an email yesterday which they still haven't responded to.
I am beyond disappointed. ProFlowers had ample time to let me know the bouquet I had selected was out of stock. I will never use ProFlowers again, and want to warn others to stay away.
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
