Will never ever-ever use again! So disappointing! Received an email stating flowers were delivered. But they were not! Stayed on the phone for 40 minutes to obtain a refund of $109.16

Deceptive schemes
June 13, 2020

Do not use this company they did not deliver my Mothers flowers for her 79th Birthday because the flowershop wanted to charge 40.00 more than what Proflowers charged me, then they said they couldn't deliver because it was unavailable at this time which was a lie.

I ordered $100 worth of flowers and chocolates for my mom. They arrived the next day (today) and they were GORGEOUS. Very much alive i don't know why people say they deliver dead flowers, but they almost looked fake they were sooo perfect. I just wanted to leave a positive review just to let people know they were beyond my expectations. Thank you sooo much Proflowers, will definitely be ordering again.

Not delivered
June 5, 2020

Two orders placed and available online where not delivered and not notified until called at 8:30pm of delivery day. The charges showed up on bank so one would assume the orders would be fulfilled. Very embarrassing to miss special occasion of loved ones when spending $119!

NEVER AGAIN, JIM
June 4, 2020

This is the second time PROFLOWERS COULD NOT GET THE JOB DONE! I ordered 2 different flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and paid extra for next day delivery and funds were taken from my account. The next day got a e-mail that they could not fill my order! Call customer service they were going to replace the order with a different arrangement but was not able to deliver the same day. I told them that this was the second time that they could not do as they said they would. I'm getting a refund but will take up to 5 days to money back in my account. FTD is the owner of PROFLOWERs. I call a local florist, ION told me that he can deliver an order today and did not cost as much as PROFLOWERS charge me

Worst ever
June 4, 2020

Very hurt and disappointed with this order. I ordered flowers for our anniversary and they never showed up. I called and they said very sorry we couldn't find a florist in your area even though they had used the one in my town many times before. They promised to have it the next day. Never showed up they also didn't call either day to tell me there was a problem. I will never do business with them again. Bottom line we never got our flowers and now I'm headed to Safeway to buy some for my wife.

Ordered a $100 arrangement on Wednesday. It never arrived. Called customer service and was offered a "20 %" bigger arrangement for the next day. I cancelled. They assured me a refund. On Saturday, even after I cancelled the order on Wednesday, at 6:00 PM, an arrangement shows up looking nothing like the picture on line. Customer service tells me I must wait 5 days to get a refund, after they contacted the florist, who "is not responding to their attempt" to contact them. I say, their vendor, their problem. I'm I ordered from them! SHAME SHAME. RIPOFF COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order 2 weeks before expected delivery date. On date of delivery, the flowers never arrived. The next day I called customer support and got an overseas associate. After having no clue about what happened to the order they finally cancelled the order and told me I would get a refund 5-8 business days later. One month later, no refund. So I called back and again got an overseas support agent. They said a refund was never processed and had to resend the request. This company is a joke and has terrible customer support. Avoid at all costs!

Stay Away!
May 27, 2020

TERRIBLE, cheap, damaged. Swapped cheap carnations for Lillys and snap dragons. Did NOT look as pictured. Customer Service was NO HELP. This is the worst overpriced flowers you can send.

Please try and use local flower companies and don't let this monopolistic company get more market share, their flowers are fine but they are horrible at the execution of their business. This is a giant online business that runs like some small pop and pop operation. Last two orders with them no email receipt like every other business in the world and no email when delivery is made which they state as one of their services. Customer service personnel hung up on me when she didn't want to hear of these problems, this is what happens when there is very little competition in an industry. Dont give them more business especially when all the locals open back up!

I received flowers for Mother's Day and they were half dead. My daughter called and they said they would re-send but it would take 8 days. They didn't arrive another call and was told ops they weren't sent will re-send. When they finally got here again they were half dead. Another call to pro flowers and was told it was probably they way I put them in the vase. They did not care. Poor customer service. Never again. And we will spread the all our friends.

No Delivery
May 21, 2020

Having used Proflowers in the past, I thought sending some flowers to my friend for her 70th Birthday would be effortless. The site worked as well as always, I paid AU$160.00 (according to my Amex bill), and the process seemed to work. I received notification that they were delivered and I waited to hear from my friend. However, the birthday flowers did not arrive, Proflowers has not responded to my complaint and I now have to go to Amex to try and get my money back. Very, very disappointing and I would not recommend using Proflowers again as they do not respond to customer service concerns and it would seem, they do not want to refund for NO SERVICE. Shame on you Proflowers!

My flowers were delivered 2 days late to the date they were suppose to be there. Reached out to Customer Service email to get a refund.

Was told on May 13th my refund was coming and would take 5 days. Waited 5 days and still nothing so reached out AGAIN to the Customer Service and they then stated it was getting refunded on May 20.

STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE REFUND! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for my moms bday that was supposed to include hydrangeas and roses and a beautiful honey comb vase (the reason I chose this bouquet, because my mom would have loved the honey comb design). It did not come with the vase or hydrangeas (which were replaced by cheaper looking flowers). I hate to complain but I wouldn't want anyone else get less than what you paid for especially when it's supposed to be a special gift for an important person in your life.

Ordered some flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. While they shipped and arrived on time, my mom said when she opened the box they were all wilting and had petals falling off. I called ProFlowers customer service and expressed my disappointment, and they immediately offered to send out another arrangement free of charge. The replacement arrangement arrived yesterday and I was happy to hear that they're fresh and looking much better than the original order. Thanks to ProFlowers for making it right.

I've been foolish enough to spend my hard earned money on this crap TWICE. The second time was my fault. I should have known better. The first time, my wife and all of her friends who were nearby when the flowers arrived actually laughed at the pitiful drooping mess that was in the box when they arrived. That was nearly 10 years ago. This Mother's day found me in a bind to get something to her by that day and I decided to give this company another chance. I will never do that again! Two of the roses actually had brown petals right out of the box. Within 24 hours, two more of the blooms actually dropped off on our table top. After the fourth day, the remainder looked so bad that she just threw them away. They ask for feedback but never respond. I really don't think that they care as long as they can get a fresh supply of suckers on a regular basis.

Even a 1-star rating is too good. Received a bouquet for Mother's Day and the flowers were in poor shape. It looked like they had been kept in a freezer or a too cold refrigerator. Several of the flowers looked frozen and the lilies never bloomed. Although I was disappointed, the thoughtfulness was wonderful. My husband (he was not the sender) contacted the company to complain and requested a replacement bouquet. Eight days later I received a replacement bouquet. - totally different flowers (less expensive) - with wilted and dead flowers, yellow leaves and dropping buds. Extremely disappointed. Would NEVER recommend this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I wrote to their customer service and it took them a week to respond, and they offered to replace it. I offered to send photos, but they didn't want them. Then they called the gift giver and inquired about the purchase, and I would never in my life go back to a gift giver to complain about their gift, that is why I contacted Proflowers directly and supplied my phone# & email. The gift giver didn't know that there was an issue with quality, and she said there was no issue, so they cancelled replacing the orchid plant. The gift giver mentioned it to me today, no wonder it was taking them so long to replace the plant, apparently they are not. And how embarassing after I had fibbed and told her it was beautiful, and had arrived perfectly. Talk about deflating the glow of the gift.

Horrible service
May 18, 2020

Absolutely horrible service. 4 calls to customer care. 3 escalated to a supervisor. I was lied to multiple times by both the agents and supervisor. No one at pro flowers cared how important these flowers were for a family members death due to Covid19. They waited til the day of delivery at 1:30pm to notify me that the couldn't deliver. 5 days after I placed the order. They lied multiple times saying that they would redeliver. ProFlowers does not care about you or your loved ones.

Why didn't I check the reviews first. Ordered flowers two weeks ago.
No notice they were not delivering until a credit appeared on my card too late to order from another. Unreliable vendor.
