I recently had had an urgent request for accessories and had the pleasure of working with Marianne Davis whom not only provided me with special pricing due to the quantity, but also expedited delivery to meet our client's due date. I was extremely pleased with her customer service, positive attitude and would definitely work with the team on future opportunities.

I don't know how it got lost in translation, my order, but they shipped a power supply for another brand.
Obviously I cant use it but the sales person asked If I wanted to keep it and order another part.
What?
Then they tell us we have to wait for an RMA from the manufacturer.
What?
This is not good customer service.
I don't trust them to do the right thing.

As a professional, I wouldn't use this company again due to their extremely high restocking fees for returns 25%. I work with other companies that offer professional courtesy of no restocking fees and discounted or no shipping costs. Disappointed
