I started out doing a live chat on the website with Laura asking questions about how to place our order. She was very helpful and also I have been corresponding with her by email. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction for our order. She was very nice and extremely helpful.

This reveiw is dedicated entirely to an individual employee (Laura Schnob | Sales / Customer Support) who responded to an issue I was having with a shipment. In the end the news I received didn't go in my favor but she was always responsive in keeping me up-to-date with where we stood in the process and helped me through finding a resolution I could deal with. Wish there were more individuals like this in the industry. Great Job Laura. Someone give this woman a raise or at least some type of gratuity. She's one you'd want to keep.

Prodryers has been wonderful to work with over the last couple years. Laura provided great customer service, quick response and easy to reach by phone.
