This is definitely a stellar company that has all kinds of different memorabilia. I have purchased a lot of different sporting memorabilia from them. Autographed jerseys, autographed helmets, autographed baseballs, autographed baseball bats and of course some great graded cards. All of the autographed stuff has authentication from JSA or Beckett. Graded cards are done by well known grading companies. The customer service is awesome and shipping is fast. If you have any questions or issues touch base with them and they normally will get back to you on the same day. Definitely a legit company that is 5 Star Company in my book!

I bought a baseball graded card and received it. When I opened the package the graded card fell out of the casing

I have literally lost 1000$ with these guys. I bought 4 mystery boxes and 2 were baseballs. The bids go high but you get complete garbage. One of the mystery boxes I paid 250 then had to pays that made it 259 and not one card is worth over 5$. I literally just put my money in a trash bin. None of there mystery boxes should be this bad. Everyone I bought was. I am including a picture of what I received in the 250$ box that I paid 292 for. It's a complete scam. They make it look like you can get good cards but they send trash!

Pristine Auction House is not reputable in any sense of the word. They do not know the Basic stuff that Businesses need to know. How to give a Refund, is something every Legitimate Business knows how to do. Pristine Auction, isn't one of them. A Legitiment Business that is! How does a Business that Sales signed LP's, not know how to package an LP and get it to a Customer, who has already overpaid for the LP. Pristine Auction took a 12 1/4 X 12 1/4 inch LP, wrapped it with 2 pieces of Bubble Wrap, then literally shoved it down into a 12 inch Box? Right. Who could be that Stupid. Well, the people packaging items for Pristine Auction House, are that STUPID! If you want to Purchase something from this Auction House, you better have a lot of time and not need your Money Back. They can't even give a Refund correctly. First, they claimed that they Credited back to my Account with them, which was a lie, now to the Credit Card that was used to open the account, which doesn't even exist anymore. Wonder where this Dumb Business will send it next. Common sense would be to Refund it to the Credit Card that was used to Pay for the item. What do you expect from a Business who can't even put an item in a Box big enough for the items that they Sale. If you can't package an item correctly, how could you ever figure out how to give a Refund Correctly. Stupid is, Stupid does, goes a long way with a business like this. Just wait though, it may have cost me $1300 but it will Cost them at least 10 Fold. Let the Games Begin!
