It's been good except trying to get somebody to get back with me to let me know if there's any type of manufacturers warranty on this tire
We apologize if you had issues reaching us, the recent period has been quite busy, with numerous calls, emails and live chats! If you do send us an email we'll usually reply within 24h! Obviously we're doing what we can to adapt and improve on all fronts to ensure the best possible performance. Regarding the warranties, we can say that we ourselves cannot offer any warranties, but all tires are NEW: never mounted, used or modified, authentic and legitimate, arriving to you in excellent condition and provided with a general manufacturer warranty! If you suspect a defect you need to contact us and we'll help you file the warranty. Some tires do come with a mileage or road hazard warranty as well, directly from the manufacturer!

Shipping was fast but I'm pretty disappointed that I received 2 year old tires.
We're not quite sure why or what you mean by that, as we only sell safe and functional tires that were never mounted, used or modified. If you think that there is something wrong with the tires you can and should contact us, but tires being 2 years old is not an actual issue or concern since they're completely untouched and were kept in pristine condition! Remember, tires do not have an expiration date and can be used until they break down and wear out!
