It is undeniable that Priority Tire ships your tires fast, and does a excellent job at communicating. After that the relationship is over. If you have any issues with the tires they will tell you that you have to deal with the manufacturer. In my case I bought a set of Cosmo AT tires, the truck vibrated at all speeds and got worse the faster you went. After 100 miles I bought a new set from a local tire shop. Priority Tire apologized for the "inconvenience" and thanked me for my "patience and understanding" but they could not help and that I had to go through Cosmo Tire. Its been a month and despite many attempts at contacting Cosmo I have heard nothing. I have 4 brand new tires sitting in my garage that are useless. If you buy from Priority Tire just understand if there is a issue with the tires you are on your own. You have to decide if it is worth the risk.
If you purchased tires from us that you feel have a defect or unexpected issue of any kind, please do contact us directly and we'll be happy to file a warranty on your behalf - you in almost all cases do not need to do anything with the manufacturer yourself, instead it is us whom will conduct a warranty to the best of our ability, dependent of course on your cooperation! We do apologize if there was any misunderstand or even mistaken on our part, but we're definitely open and willing to help!
Good choices and great prices. It would be nice to have more control over the install prices. Their estimates were about 50% of what I was charged.
We do only have a few affiliates regarding installation services, but please do report to us in more details if the installation estimates were not good, as we'll need to talk with our partners!

Received defective tire. Needed replacement asap only response I got from CS was to take pictures and they would file warranty claim. The tire was recieved damaged and never installed.
We do only send tires that are new, untouched and without any known defect. If you think it is defective in some way, there's no way for us to know or verify that and since we do not provide any warranties ourselves we have to conduct the manufacturer's warranty and prove your claim!
Naturally if you think the tire arrived damage that is another matter entirely, but even then we need some evidence to work with.
There's no doubt that we'll help you if you received a defective or damaged tire, but it's only sensible that the issue you're reporting needs to be proven and verified!
My experience was awesome, no hassle, easy peasy! Will I be back? Hell yeah I'll be back! Priority is my new go to tire seller.
