The tires came on time
I Ordered 4 10 Ply Trailer Tires
The Manufacture Date on 3 of them was H/ 16 the other one was H/15
This may be common, not sure when a tire life starts,
I Thought they would be newer or discounted, We will see how long they last
The vast majority of the tires we sell are no more than 3 years old, but some can be older! Note that the 4 digit end of the DOT code tells you the manufacturing week and year. If you feel like the tires are too old, feel free to contact us! We do not think we'd send tires that are in any way compromise, weak or faulty and from our experience we do believe that even older tires can safely be used for many miles and years, but we're always open to feedback and assisting our customers with any concerns!
Overall pleased have purchased both my truck and trailer tires very satisfied with products and price overall fedex lost 1 tire somehow other than that priority made it right and offered a refund or replacement tire will definitely return for future needs

Had an issue where I ordered the wrong tires in the past, called customer service to cancel my order and they were super helpful! Ordered from them again and they were super quick to ship my tires out and kept me updated the whole time--would definitley buy from them again in the future!

I have bought. Two sets of tires from here. And the last set i bought, they sent me someone else order. And then when you try to call their customer service line, you can plan on being on hold for at least. 20-30min and they are still no help. I ask to speak. To a manager and they put me on hold another 10mins and still no manager. I tried to let them know that i really need these tires for the week. And they didn't have any urgency to get me the correct order sent out.
We earnestly apologize if you received incorrect tires through our or FedEx's fault, but we do always provide assistance for cases like that and try to resolve them in a timely manner. Naturally sometimes various obstacles can occur, like how in recent times we've been dealing with extreme amounts of incoming traffic, leading to the delays you did experience. We assure you that we did try to resolve your matter as soon as we could! If there is anything we can do to help and rectify the matter please do tell us!
