My order arrived early, which was great but unfortunately I was sent a tire of the wrong size. Customer service was decent and set me up with a return label and the tire was shipped back. The next tire also came very quickly and was the correct size. I'm not sure how the wrong size tire gets sent out with 3 tire of the correct size. Overall the situation was resolved in a timely manner but was inconvenient.
Deliverd fast on time. Great looking and great fit. For the price you can't beat it. Very happy..

You had several winter tires in the size I was looking for. Selecting the tires and checking out was smooth and easy. The tires arrived when I was told they would arrive and all 4 tires came at the same time, which was nice. Tires have been mounted and balanced and so far I am very satisfied with the way they ride and the way the work. I would recommend priority tires to anyone who is looking for good quality tires.

I tried to reach out before my tires were shipped out and no response back, I have called 3 times and never received a call back and have also sent e mails trying to send these tires back. I ordered the wrong size

First time I've had a problem with tires from priority tire. The Armstrong tires were out of round and took a minimum of 5 oz to balance. Never put on car.
That is certainly extremely unfortunate, but whether it is a newer or older order as well as an Armstrong or any other tire, you can always contact us for help!
We ourselves do not manufacture the tires as a 3rd-party retailer and thus cannot warranty them, but all of the tires are new and should be defect-free - so we can assist you by filling the manufacturer's warranty!
Please do communicate with us regarding this and we'll be happy to get this solved with the warranty process!
