The tire delivery was rapid. The tires seem A-okay. Even though the tread is somewhat knobby, they are quiet and smooth running. There were no problems with the tires or with delivery!

Ordered tire. Sent incorrect tire. Returned tire and sent correct tire that was now the wrong size. Returned THAT tire and told correct tire would be sent once second tire was recieved. Once they recieved second tire, I was emailed and told they do not have the tire I ordered and that I would be refunded.
I have yet to be refunded anything and this has been going on for 2 months.
Please be wary of anything you order.

That is most unfortunate, mistakes can definitely happen, we do our best to avoid them and fix them once they do - here apparently some things certainly went wrong and we provide our earnest apologies to you!
We have to assume that there was a problem with entering the tires in the system, leading thus to a repeated yet slightly different issue. For that we can honestly advise that we'll be doing all we can to investigate the root cause of the issue and how it wasn't detected on time and prevented!
The order should certainly be refunded if it was returned - please allow us to investigate the matter and take any final steps needed!

I have had two occasions now where I ordered tires. It takes me to a screen saying order placed successfully and then money is deducted from my bank account. This first incident it had been over a week since I placed my order and I had not received any communication on that order or the tires. I assumed all was set and being taken care of. A few more days pass and I see that the funds have been returned to my account. Scratching my head wondering why as no communication was taken to notify me of a cancellation or cause. So I brushed it off and decided to go with a different company for that set. I did not reach out to Priority Tire. Last week I decided to give you guys another try. I picked a set out that showed in stock. Again was take to a page saying order was placed successfully. Money is taken from my account. A few days pass and I hadn't received any emails or calls. So I had a bad feeling this was going to happen again. I emailed customer support with my concerns and received an email back that its a third party security company had cancelled my order and that's just how it is. So here I am again having to wait however many days for my $643 dollars to be available again so I can go find tires elsewhere. Very frustrating knowing that when you purchase from your company, you are playing roulette with your money. Hoping you actually get what your paying for, and not having to wait over a week with the funds gone and no communication hoping everything is okay. If I wouldn't have emailed you I would have never known it was cancelled. So here I am again waiting for the funds. Its a waste of my time and puts a bad taste in my mouth purchasing from your company in the future.
We do apologize, the anti-fraud system is there for a good reason and although some unlucky false-positive cases may occur, it does catch and prevent a notable amount of fraudulent purchase attempts.
The true issue here is that you were not notified of the fraud cancellation - that is very odd and not the norm, as we always send out an explanation email for any cancellation.
We'll be sure to investigate what exactly happened here for the sake of quality control, as we definitely do not want anything to be left to chance or to feel like a roulette!
Easy and fast service will order again from you folks! But not sure about fedex! They left my tires next to our community mail box that about a half mile down the road in the snow!

All tires are shipped without a box or specialized wrapping, but they should still arrive safe and sound each time as tires are quite sturdy. If not, you can always contact us for help!
