We have purchased 2 sets of tires and a couple extra due to road hazard or wear. The tires are nice. However they do not seem to hold up to the rating. Pretty sure we got 60,000 miles and when you get closer to the 40,000 mark the tread is not much when you consider your supposed to be getting another 20,000 miles out of them. If it wasn't for that we would be 5 stars happy

My order arrived 4 days late with no tracking available until a couple of days ago. This lack of transparency resulted in me having to continue driving on my old tires until I got a flat tire on Friday. I have not been able to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and today (Monday) I'll only be able to work half of my shift. This delay has cost me hundreds of dollars and all I got out of it is a $25 refund which is better than nothing but I do not believe this is any way makes up for all of the stress this has caused me.

I need 4 tires but it might be a Good Idea to get a Spare. After just buying one moneys very tight. Social Security just doesn't go very far. So it's a tire at a time. Website was easy to use and even after I picked a specific tire to purchase the site offered other choices of the same tire specifications which allowed me to choose a less expensive tire with the same specifications. Tires arrived much faster than expected, are now mounted and couldn't be more pleased.

The quality of my tires are very good and they fix really good on my jaguar f pace I have not regrets, as I'm doing this review I'm also placing another order for my girlfriend's Honda Civic. I have to say your shipping was fast, but I wished you had used UPS instead of FEdex. The sent three tires and the I had to wait two days for the other one. I've had bd experiences with fedex deliveries and other people I know. If there is an option to choose which delivery service to use in the future that would be helpful. But your prices are great, I would happily refer friends and family to you. But they may have a problem with the FedEx shipping method.
Well, we've been shipping with FedEx for many years and with hundreds of thousands of shipments each year - issues are genuinely few and far between! We have also worked with UPS and, likewise, they've also had similar delivery or transit issues - they're not immune to mistakes themselves.
