Have purchased from Priority Tires in the past and will continue shopping for tires here, as I have always found great tires at reasonable prices, and free quick deliry.
The first set of tires were delayed due to some confusion on the delivery address (ie. Mailbox with house number was not up due to storm damage), the tires were delivered promptly once the delivery location and direction for delivery were confirmed. The remaining tire was delivered as scheduled. All tires looked fine upon delivery. Still waiting to find time to get them mounted on the rims.
We do apologize on everyone's behalf for the untimely delay - but we naturally appreciate both your cooperation and understanding when it came to handling the matter! Our team always does its best to get all orders delivered quickly to all customers, so we're glad that we could get this matter resolved even in spite of this most unlucky setback. Thank you for working with us, we're sure you'll love the tires themselves too!
Delivery came quick, but when the tires got here they were covered in white paint. Making them look like they were used, it was awful. They did not look like they were new tires that I purchased new tires. I am very disappointed
We're deeply sorry if the tires you received somehow had painted on them! By all accounts and purposes, such tires would not be accepted and kept in our warehouse - so unless some incredibly unlikely mistake happened there, it's more probable that the paint came from some type of shipping mishap. Nonetheless, we do take responsibility for that as well and, although we're confident that we did not ship you used tires, it is possible that they were mishandled during transit, resulting in those paint marks.
